my card is declined...... why? I don't know. But may i know some specific reason........called customer care but they dont tell anything.

I have a account with KM Bank but i wasnt satisfied with their service. Although their are a private bank their service is not good. Now i am thinking to close my account with them.

Hi team,

As I have applied for credit card with u guys based on my Citi card that is nothing but card to card when I have checked my card status it say that card is declined when I read the comments it says that my residences verification can't been done it is my own house frm past 10 years we are staying in same house and then have one status as my credit history is bad I have checked my credit history in cibil it was good and my score is 780 please check abt this in high priority and reply me or make sure some should call me and tell me the exact status

I have made payment of rs 790/-for Airtel postpaid mobile bill on 19 /4/2016. My transaction id is 055216. Airtel co has not received the payment till 27/4/2016. My card no is 4166 4524 4001 9664. Kindly solve the problem at the earliest.

Sir, Yesterday on 05/12/2016 at 7:50 pm I got a message from kotak mahindra bank...

"Thank you for banking with us. Use your debit card............" and in second message " Available balance in A/C xx0889 is Rs 1008235."

While I have not done any type of transactions with your bank. Before this message my available balance was Rs 1016735. Therefore you are requested to recover my Rs 8500 in my A/C 9512020889. Although I tried to customer care nos but not succeeded.

I have transferred 12000 Rs through paytm app but only 2000 rs credited to the bank and remaining 10000 rs neither added to banks nor wallet . So kindly refund the remaining rupees 10000 to my account.

We open 3 accounts of the family in your above branch one year back. Till today we have not received our passbook. After several visits, we have not received FD certificates. When we open account, your representative/ branch manager promise many things which is not fulfilled.

You debited amount which your representative and branch manager not indicated at account opening time. Your staff are not taking care of customer. They are enjoying chair not the work. How we can continue our account in this conditions.

We have some sr. officer will take are ASAP .

I'm hell tried with your bank service. firstly I'm not using my credit card I called customer care regarding stop the service of my credit card bcoz I Dnt want that past one yr they guys nt listing me daily m getting message regarding yearly payment. why I already decline the card service still.. I Dnt hv the time for call u ppl again Nd again. now your all customer service nos are not available m hell fucked up with u ppl. I want the revert asap either I drag this case.

I deposited a HDFC bank cheque for credit to my current ac of Gujral Brothers ac no 01842000001046 on 19.2.17, which due to your delay got credited only on 26.09.2017 and in the process a cheque issued by me for 16440, has been returned by you on 26.09.2017. now there is balance in my account, you are requested to hold this cheque and do not return it please (cheque no 000450). thanks.

There is balance in current account of GUJRALBROTHERS. AC no.01842000001046. please do not return cheque no. 000450 for rs. 16440.

A cheque no 56279 HDFC bank was dropped in bank on 19.9.2017, which got credited only on 26.09.17 ie today after 7 days. Despite it being credited today you are informing me a cheque presented to you on 25.09.17 is being returned on 26.09.17. please look into this.

I am very sorry to say this that nellore bank not even respond when I went for my debit card not yet reached, they are escaping while blaming the courier boy that they have no responsibility but what about you help, just saying consult customer care. This is not right in this busy world.need to verify and resolve the issue on tat time.

I am not happy with your service...firstly you said during opening of account that it is zero balance saving account and now you are deducting money with excuse of non maintenance charge.

2 times they deducted 177 and 472. We are not saving money for your deduction. If you are listening then call me right now other wise i will manage with your founder Mr.U Kotak.

Sir I am an SBI customer. Person naming Sunil Kumar with ID 7250723024 @kotak deducted money from my account by Bhim SBI pay app by fraud. I already registered complaint against him at support.upi @sbi.co.in. Kindly help me to sought out this problem.

Kotak bank services is very poor and banks employee is also bad. i am very disappoint from kotak bank.

I have received two credit cards bu default on my residence address for which i have not requested bank has deducted the concern charges of both credit card date 06.09.2018 2683 amt deducted 11.12.2018 1928 amt deducted kindly investigate this matter & let me inform the corrective action so that my deducted amount will be reverted to my acount. This is also request you to cancel those credit card issued without my concern ASAP
I am not happy with your service.
