Hi, my name is abhijeet, i started my account 3 years ago as salary ac after 2 years company provide me credit card. i'll purchase lots of things from my cc today 7th sep 2017. i was hurt by ur employee with very rudely behavior shouting and talking to me like she's frustrating putting on my head. Her name is sonali rane, working in call centre at dendoshi mumbai. my fault was... i was not able to pay my emi at time but 8600 something is pending. my salary was not credited yet bcoz of some reason. i told her i'll clear very soon she, not able to listen my thing shes saying there collection staff to collect my amt from my neighbour and shouting on me. She said take from ur neighbour and than ur salary was credit you will provide them. Is it really kotak bank staff or hired from fish market, this is not about money this all about how to respect some one.

I really don't wont to carry may account in ur bank if sonali rane staff working to hurt people. thanks for giving worlds worse service I'll definitely put this to my all social media to tell everyone not open any account in kotak mahindra bank mumbai. i want to see how u people solve my case just call my number to ask more about ur staff behavior +918976185671.
