No information was given about bus cancellation
I had bought a bus ticket 20 minutes earlier, and the bus time had passed. After waiting for a long time, when the bus didn't arrive, I went to inquire and was told that the bus was canceled. No one was informing the waiting passengers, so they should at least make an announcement. This way, people's time is wasted, yet no one seems to care.
Didnt travel by bus
The time of arrival of the bus was 7:20. The bus arrived before the time or we went without taking the bus please refund my ticket amount. Pls send me SMS for how many days will I get the refund of my ticket.
