I bought Nokia 2 mobile 2 months before the mobile phone getting too hot and automatically switched off. I went to service centre they saying battery problem and it will take 15 days for replacement battery they don't have stock.

Dir sir' my new phones Nokia 130 model (2017) camera error problem. kindly solved sir my contact number 7789008488.

In my phone facelock is working after up date face lock showing but their below options are not showing, and same problem showing casting.

I am facing bad experience with my Nokia 8. I bought my Nokia 8 on 6th April 2018 (IMEI NO 358553080518547 & 358553080518554).

ON October 4th 18 morning my phone's half display showing blank.I send it to Nokia care guwahati.They told it is a manufacturing problem of this phone and they installed software to my phone .They handed over the phone to me.but after one day same problem of the phone arise.this time I sent it to Nokia care bangaigaon assam. this time they opened the phone but not able to solve the problem,but this time two black spot came on display,they told me the phone have to sent guwahati Nokia care and it will take another ten days because of durga puja holidays.

After puja holidays I personally visit guwahati Nokia care with my Nokia 8 phone, this time they told me ,I will not getting any warranty as there are two black spot on display.

Sir please help, I am facing problem because of my Nokia phone. Hope support from you.

Don't go for Nokia mobile. They selling quality less items, I get the problem with in 1 month.

I have purchased NOKIA E3 black colour mobile phone in August 2017, it's front side camera glass scratched now because of there is no border surrounding camera glass to protect camera glass, it's open so when i put the phone on table it's camera glass get scratches, when i have visited Nokia service centre in Borivali (West), Mumbai - India for replacement of camera glass only, attendent replied that " you have to replace complete back side cover which costing around Rs. 800, this problem is not covered in Warranty also, only glass is not available to replace."

This happened because of there is no border surrounding mobile front side camera glass else it would not happened, whose fault is this ? Why shall i pay Rs. 800 for this?

Hi,

Here I Sachin Vijay Sawant comments on Nokia Care's (Ghatkopar West, Mumbai – 400 086) careless approach on their customers one like me. I unluckily own a Nokia's 6 mobile having IMEI No.: 356029082289306 and Serial No.: PLEGAR1780215160 with touchscreen trouble as well screen auto mirroring which shown in attach photo and Option & Back Key Auto Work issue. I approached them two times. In last week when my uncle visit to same care they attended by CCO. That time all condition of mobile check by them and they says that there is chance of problem regards software, so brought your backup. But I didn’t have back up so didn’t submit my handset. The handset was still in warranty period which consider upto 12th March 2018. yesterday I go for same issue at same service center. After checking the mobile by CCO not by any Engineer they told me that your mobile not consider in warranty. I asked them Why no warranty consider? And they reply me due to dents and scratches on Rear. There will be dent on Right of the Bottom on Rear. I attach photo of my handset. I attach all kinds of photo and all view of my handset here. Please check it. Is the dent or scratches on Rear avoided the warranty of my Handset?

I ask for available technical person to chat with me but the Second CCO which didn’t attend me argue on the same and rudely behavior with me and told me go to other Service Center. When I asking for Company Policy for same, she change her words to there is internal damage on screen, which is not damage that shows scratches. When I asking to show the damage they just orally says you didn’t show this because you are customer. Also patch on display. When i asking to show them the patch They didn’t show damage or any patch on display, just orally say. When I argue with them they say that let they check without any Job Sheet, if display properly removes then they consider warranty. If display damage by them during opening then I will pay for the Display which costing around 5000/-. How I can gives them handset without any paper. They didn’t provided any acknowledgement to me then how I can submit my handset. Is this is the policy of Nokia Care to earn money from customer?

I also see that for other customer having some problem, the Engineer works on motherboard without any safety glows and other Safety Equipment. They travel motherboard from engineer end to CCO without any ESG and safety precaution to show motherboard condition to customer. Is this kind of work done by all Nokia Care?

The service provided by Nokia Care is too much poor. Is this kind of behavior for Customer is Good? This is the service provided by Nokia Care? I am so much frustrated by this kind of service provided by your side.

Ye Sab faltu phone Market me Nokia kyo la rha hain jaise phle windows Phone ka demand gira o to logo Ko smjh nhi aa rha tha to demand gira but ye android Etna bekar Nikal ke to or faltu Kam kiye was bar to lagta hain Nokia ka name hi mit jayega jo log le rhe hain ohi pachta rhe Mai khud 3.1 le ke fas gya har 5 min pe hang krta hain age mere samne ess ka Malik hota to uska muh tor deta or jitna pisa Laga use wapas le leta sala Etna bakwas phone Maine aaj tak nhi dekha.

This is Nataraj from Chennai.As I bought a Nokia 8.1 3months ago, now finding a problem in battery charging issue, for each point charging it takes a hour and have calling issue while talking to call got restart simultaneously.By yesterday went to the Nokia care in keelkattalai for repairing, they way respond is not at all up-to profession. As I'm ready to pay the money but they are properly responding.If they it remains the same will go to the legal action upon to the Nokia care.

Hope you will understand situation as I'm facing there is no mobile to use.

Nokia phone is very bad. Three days before I purchased a Nokia phone. Very bad phone, total waste of money, total time waste. Please don't sell your Nokia phone in market.
