I have reacharged for 209 for 28 days but still I'm unable to calls.

Please check that why jio speed is very low. My local area network jio tower is placed at Raniya.

I used Iphone 12 my sim are old 5/6 yrs thats was never Unexpected network issues like net are Buffer 2g Speed. I can’t use Jio sim. i complaint to Customer care toll free number there was no response. If my issue is not solved I Port my Jio Sim card immediately .

2,3 days for network have not properly strong, why?

I lost my jio sim and I want that same number because all my bank accounts and aadhar card aslo linked with that number. So my humble request to you how can I get my same new sim card because I'm NOW IN SAUDI ARABIA. I'm now not there in India.

Please give me suggestion what can I do?? And how can I do my process by emailing to company or customer care support.

From past few days international calls are dialing automatically by my jio number. I'm very scared of hacker attacks. so please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Very poor net speed. I am two time complaint jio customer care but not solve my problem

I have recharge 1099 include Netflix subscription but Netflix not working on Jio network.

I am facing major network issue in Thane Khopat area, since last 8-10 days, I am not able to connect any calls in side my house and also my internet speed is terrible. We have complaint multiple times but they say we are working on it. It is very difficult situation any we cannot connect to anyone .

I recently Ported my sim card to jio but I didn't receive the jio welcome offer of unlimited 5g network. I can't even access 5g at all.
