Service is not good mail already sent 2 times nd it's your fault that bus is in repair.

The service of GSRTC is very bad because it’s been 4 months and I haven’t get refund of my tickets and when I try to call the assistant they haven’t gide me and said it will come in 8-10 days and cut the call immediately.

From dahod to Indore. I missed my bus. Ticket no.1, seat no.10, amount 262 rs.
