Very bad service
I'm recharge on 19 Sept 2020 from this day I don't see the star sports channels and also the Marathi channel.I am very upset from day. Your customer care services is also bad and l recharge only for ipl you cheat on you're customer. so I request to you pls start the star sport channel.

Why have changed my d2h account automatic change monthly amount. I had talked your customer executive yesterday but my monthly amount again change. I have send mail 5 times your d2h mail id but not solve my problem.
Customer satisfaction is important. So please check properly my d2h account and fixed my monthly amount 283/ per month.

Bad service from D2H
Customer r care send me engineer, he told me to change setup box u r setup box is outoff service. I pay 1000 rupees in last month. But engineer not inform new customer id, so this month I recharge again as usually but my balance gone to my old id but now they not refund any amount , also their ruler officer speak badly not provide any proper information. Also not taking any responsibility. Also speak why u change setup box. Why u pay 1000 rs. Take cash back form engineer. Also he not aware about engineer personal information so be care. D2h send engineer but they not have any personal information about engineer also not taking any responsibility sooooo bad.
Pathetic response, Request no 86806148
I place request for new d2h remote on 23rd April 2021 is 86806148 request ID and they close the same without any concern and information . I try to discussed with call center they told , i don't have any control and field guys not listening and they do as per his convenient. this statement given by call center supervisor.
Service is very bad
I have recharge my videocon d2h I'd no:111025927 on 9th, may, 2021 and paid through phone pay Rs:319 for all channels from 10 days in consultation with one of the customer service persons is not came to my house. but recharge amount is cutting from the 10th days Rs: 136 cut from my amount. please return my money.
I tried to contact customer service representative through their toll free number but only record voice for a minute and then thanks for talking to d2h but I am complaint from 10th days the services very bad.

You cheat the consumer
I am a customer of Videocon D2H and my customer ID is 160259551, recently i have activated my D2h connection on 22 nd June. in next day i had called to customer care regarding service, that time customer care executive told me that rs.15 charged for you due to late activation above 2 days. so, i had many times called to D2hCC but yet not resolved my query. I want to my all Late Activation charges reversal within 48hrs.
Also in future i have no pay any extra charges regarding activation.

No signal defective stop box under warranty

I am not receiving signals for the lost samany days. I lodged complaint no.133415006 on 11.09.22 and so many complaints to customer care on 12th, 13th,14th, 15th,16th for which docket no. was not given. I am charged money but service is not provided so far nor any reply Is given to my emails. Plz resolve the issue of no.signal problem.

Recharge mistake
Yesterday, I recharged my d2h plan Rs.200 unfortunately customer id number has mistakenly type and recharge but amount has been deducted from my account and show me successful but my account balance of is 00.
Regarding very worst services
I had made complaint on 14/12/2022 at around 11.00hrs that the channels are not viewing and it shows signal not available.Your representative told that within 24 hrs the problem will be attended. Then the technician came around 1pm and said setup box is not working and need to swap. Then I paid Rs. 450/- and they done around 3pm. Then the channels played for few hours again the same problem occurred the next day morning 15th dec 2022.Again called a technician and he came with old setup box and fixed around 7PM. Again the same problem occurred the next day 16th dec 2022. Again called technician but he said he have no setup boxes and it should come from company. But after a day no response from his side. Again I was forced to make another complaint of not responding on 18th dec 2022 they said it would be resolved within a day but again nobody turned up.
Now I was upset & furious at your lazy & irresponsible service & made complaint, this time complaint was also with the supervisor.
I asked him to bear the penalty by extending my subscription date by double the delay i.e. 10days (5*2days) for which he accepted because of delay in service, so now you extend my subscription date Also I am very disgusted with your service & authentically thinking whether to continue with you or change the service.

Videocon d2h customer service is horrible. They cannot talk properly and they don't give any solution for your problem.
Switch to other service
True d2h Customer care service is the worst service I have ever seen. I have the problem with d2h payment from 4 months they did not solve my problems. may be jio is better than d2h it's better we switch to jio or Airtel.

Videocone d2h service was very worst service in dish channel.
I have install d2h videocon. In one month 7 to 8 time visit staff (p j solanki) for re installation. and every time we will pay 300 installation charge.
Very worst service in dish channel industry.
Complain regarding phone calls
I receive around 6 calls per day from some of the workers of D2H and I have blocked around 4 numbers of there staff they just call from different numbers and try to sell and when I said not to call they said we will call. Now I am thinking to give these numbers to police and complaint.

Signal problem
The service's of Videocon d2h is very very bad . Since when I'm trying to contact customer care number but all the numbers are not reachable this problem of signal we always face they only charge the amount for particular period the channel we can see but later again we face the same problem.
I have mailed the same complaint but they don't give reply to the mail also . It's really worst services actually they don't provide any services. Our money is waste because after doing the recharge we face the same problem.
