Pending work not finished by L.M.R.C
Dear sir,
L.M.R.C has not completed or finish the work in front of our Business showroom, Mr. Aginathory has visited and instruct to contractor to complete the pending work but the work is still pending and we are suffering our business loss. We request to visit the site and make it complete.

Security check is very bad
Security guard wants check passenger private wallet and take the times at least 7 minutes. Itni security check to reserve bank me bhi Nahi hai.
Unable to recharge metro card online
I'm trying to recharge my Metro card no.1000050461 but system error is showing. Through card is registered. Also tried to call on Customer support Telephone No.0522-2288869 but no response. Please improve the services and arrange to recharge card through online.
Inconvenience in carrying student stationary
I am fashion designing student from Lucknow and i carry stationary like cloth scale, cloth scissors with cover and i always used metro for my transportation but some new staffs didn't allow me and wasted my time because of which i had to take all my heavy luggage again to the ground. Really bad experience
Wont be using metro again.
Lucknow Metro Airconditioner
I have observed that Lucknow Metro have fixed there time to on Airconditioner in , but what about others, are they not paying, Very Pathetic. Today 2 July i started my journey from Munshipulia station to CCS airport and and their was no cooling in metro, in this humid weather. Its suffocating. I have already placed complaint about this.
But the thing are same. Very bad
