Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation Limited (LMRC), is a state-owned company that operates the Lucknow Metro in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The LMRC was formed as a special purpose vehicle by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 2013 to build and operate the Lucknow Metro.
Formerly headquartered at Janpath in Hazratganj, it moved to its new headquarters at Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar.
