The bus service is very bad. I didn't received my refund of failed bus booking even after 21 days.

Due to govt. Reason bus was cancelled and i dont reach in my place at time. so for this type of worst service I want my refund.

मैंने दि. 17/12/22 को वडोदरा से चोटिला जाने हेतु GSRTC की वेबसाइट से बस दो यात्रियों की बस टिकट बुक की थी, फोन-पे के माध्यम से रु. 507/- का भुगतान भी हो गया अर्थात पैसा कट हो गया । इस वेबसाइट से पैसा कट हो जाने के बावजूद बस टिकट जारी नहीं हुई। रिफ़ंड लेने हेतु मैंने कई बार GSRTC के टोल फ्री नंबर से फोन भी किया, फिर भी कोई प्रत्युत्तर नहीं मिल रहा है ।

The bus did not come on time and despite my advance booking I did not get a call from the conductor and the number shown in the ticket was not the other bus.

Ticket booking transaction is complete but ticket was not confirmed. It has been 15 days but money is not refunded back to me.

When i booked ticket bhuj to junagadh amount was deducted from my account but ticket was not confirmed. The service of GSRTC app is very bad.i will not use this app ever again and don't recommend to anyone.

I traveled yesterday kodinar to surat sleeper bus but that bus was cancelled I'm not getting single notification by GSRTC and still not get refund from online booking instead I also took ticket from conductor during journey.

my ticket book on 28/2/23 date BHUJ to RAJKOT, my payment is already done but i have not got any kind of ticket or or any refund details... very poor service from gsrtc.
its better online booking is off only offline book start...
Gsrtc website on number toll no its not pick up any time and not respond to satisfy answer. so i suggest change the number or close the number so people not try to call.

I booked ticket from Gandhidham to Radhapur. The bus time was 11:00 am but i arrived at Gandhidham bus stand before time at 10:30 am. I stayed there till 11:30 pm waiting for the bus and asked about the bus. I came to know that the bus is not running from last 3 days. I want a refund on my money.

I have booked a online ticket booking but the bus departure time was 1:00 pm I reached before time I asked people of depo and thay says me bus is coming soon but I gsrtc helpline no. And they answer me bus conductor's no and he says me bus is already gone.

My sleeper bus tickets were cancelled due to heavy rain but i was refused my money back RS.360/-. Its been 40 days but I've not received my refund yet! Please refund my ticket money due to cancellation of my bus.

Myself Vanza Hiralben R. have booked GSRTC bus from Kodinar To Rajkot City for dtd. 24/06/2023 at 6:30 pm.

I have booked for seat nos. 16 & 17. When i reached Kodinar bus stand around 6:30 am, bus departs from bus stand. I came to know that bus departs 10 minutes earlier before time. This is very unorganized approach. Bus has to depart on time only.

So i request to do needful for the same & provide my amount return for the same.
