My redmi phone has an inbuilt applock facility. I had set a password to some of my apps a few days ago. I am not able to memorize the pattern. How do I reset the password?

Most pathetic response & worst service ever seen till date feeling guilt of buying redmi note 3g from flipkart, its more than 3 months now same response from customer care to wait another month to avail parts. Lastly its all fault of software dept. not putting well tested software and selling devices dummy company this is jobsheet no. for conformation BHV/XM/15/02253. SPAM THEM TO ERADICATE.

I bought a new redmi2 phone. I am facing hanging problem for 2-3 month but I have not got solve my problem. Your service center is not in my area in kurukshetra haryana. In the end I want to say it is a fraud company and bad hand set. Any body did not take interest in xiaomI company. Please interested member read it.

Dear Team,

I have submitted my Mi3 for screen replacement at your Malad Authorized Service Center Malad three weeks back (30/11/2015 - Work Order number: 890085968) . I had received an assurance that the replacement will be done within 10 days. However, every time I call the service, I receive the same vague reply that the part has not come and we don't know how long it will take to get the replacement. I believe 3 weeks is enough time to get a shipment from any corner of the world, leave alone India.

I sincerely request you to get my phone repaired and do the needful at your earliest.

I have purchased REDMI 2 PRIME before15 days. My handset have problem in Speaker, During using multimedia (audio & video) there is no volume. There is some buzzing sound during call.... & also another problem from starting is that receiver is unable to listen my voice because it's too much less, but i just ignore this in starting. please give suggestion to resolve this issue or replace my handset as soon as possible..Please revert soon.

i was buy redme 2 prime in 1 month i am very irritating to buy this mobile. only in 1 month i got 10 problem in this mobile. this is not a good mobile. mobile no.9023729109. their service provider has no. solution about my mobile. i think that i loss my 7000 money

I bought redmi 2 prime last month. from there in my phone xender, zappiya like transfer apps are not working properly. It work for two or three time after installation, after it shows ERROR IN CONNECTION. what is the problem. how can I solve it?

Issue : Phone is not supporting any earphone (specially the mic). Service Center people told me (on 12th Dec2015) that the phone's mother board will be replaced. Also, they have not taken my phone, they just asked me to keep it with me. They are randomly giving me some dates to come again and check. I called many times but now they are not responding my phone (Service center employees Mr. Moin and Mr. Sudarshan -phone# 7676467654). I visited the service center twice. They are very unprofessional and are just disconnecting my phone calls.

It's been 20 days since my 1st visit to the service center and I have no idea what is happening. Please let me know what action you are taking for this and against your unprofessional, unethical and not at all supportive representatives.

I had bought an redmi 2 through Flipkart in the month of may. After 8 months of usage my phone redmi got severe complaints at first it got problems like not able to switch on and over heating problem. So i send my phone for service to Ernakulam and they after scrutiny told me that the board got damaged so had to pay around 4500 rs, nothing could be done in the warranty period. After returning i made a check with a local mobile repair person and they couldnt find any such problems.

I am really disappointed with ur services and being such a big company u were so irresponsible with the customers and the service quality was so poor. REDMI knows only to sell the products not to satisfy customers with better services . Xiaomi India Pls Keep qualified professionals at your centre

I took Mi 4i from eBay and I approached all service centres in Bangalore ,but was not resolved the service centres guyz did not take my phone as it is from eBay ....so could help out ...n fix my front camera and back camera problem.

I have purchased mi Redmi 2 prime but after one month i faced motherboard issue and the battery draining fast. So I went to service center near Hazra crossing in Kolkata on 24th Nov 2015. They said It will repair within 20 to 25 days. But Till now i don't get it from service center. I called 3 times, every times they told me give us one week.. Now it's running 40 days.

i buy xiaomi redmi prime 2 last week. And it heats too much when i use it. Please send me information about service center in jammu or other way to repair it.

My name is Praveen rawat and my phone is xiaomi redmi note 4G. MY mobile invoice date is 2 jan 2015, my sell software problem on 31st dec 2015 then I went service centre on 1st jan 2016, but it was closed due to new year celebration. Then I revisit there on 2nd jan 2016 but customer car executive told me that you’r warranty period is 1 jan 2016. So I called to xiaomi service call centre call toll free no.1800 103 6286 then he told me 2nd jan 2016 is mid night is your valid warranty date and he ask me collect with customer care executive so that he can submit my xiaomi phone. After some time I again confirm with customer care executive that 2nd jan 2016 is valid date mid night. BUT still they did not submit my xiaomi phone. I have all the guideline regarding call details on the basis of which I can file write in Consumer Court. So please its my request from you to do the needful.

I recently bought Redmi Note Prime 16G white, I am facing a great problem of power charging two times a day in the standby mode, i.e., when there was no running app. Above this, the part around the camera feels always warm. How can these problems be solved ? Is this the nature of this phone unlike Redmi Note 4G where one full charge goes more than three days normal ? Please clarify me the details at the earliest possible.

I actually call this phone as Mission Impossible because this phone and company is giving that feature which is not expect able at this very low price. Thank you Mi !! For giving such a wonderful phone.

I have got my redmI prime note on 28 dec 2015 and on 3 jan 2016, my redmI prime note s screen appears black. I have submit complaint regarding to my phone n service center boy said soon ur phone will be replaced but today 6 days as passed no service from redmI service centre. Very bad experience n delay in response.

I visited MI service center at Janak place in Delhi yesterday, In small visitors room there was no fresh air circulation or exhaust fan, for want of these fans there was suffocation in room. The room was full of un healthy air, which can cause illness to the persons in this room. Please look into the this matter and do needful to save health of visitors as well as staff working in this room and please let me know the progress for the improvement.

Redmi Note 4G all mobile 4G data, net is supported but VOTLE is NOT supported that is voice call not supported for very most issue.

I am using mi4 for 1 month its working fine but after 1 month its start creating problem. Then I went to service centre they said we fix the issue withing 10 days but they didnt even I went to service centre they are saying even they dont know how much time it takes to fix because of lack of motherboard part. They never pic up the phone and the service centre is too far from my place. Kamla nagar service centre is the worst service centre now its about more than 40 days and still they are not sure they are able to fix the issues or not and how much time its takes to fix. They are wasting my time and money, pathetic service shame on you guys.

Purchased a MI 2 phone around five months back through amazon. Suddenly two days back on 22nd Jan morning it stopped displaying the screen, though the phone was able to receive msgs and phone calls. Thinking as a minor default i decided to visit the nearest authorised service centre of MI phone which is located in begumpet. So on 23rd afternoon at around 12 pm i reached the service center. After a long wait of one and half hour i could show my phone to the technician, he immediately opened the phone and gave me the reason that some liquid has entered inside the phone inspite of my denying on this he was forcing me to agree on this reason that phone is not displaying the screen because of liquid damage.

Since my phone was under warranty and this vague reason was not under warranty he forced me to agree on this and gave me the list of parts which need to be replaced, surprisingly it was costing 8000 INR which more than the cost of my phone. After few minutes i noticed around five to six customers with same screen issue and they were also told the same reason of liquid damage. i got the point that because this doesnt come under warranty so this reason is forced on us. i immediately wanted to speak to their center manager Mr. Guru shekhar but he was not responding to my queries either. Then i finally approached the begumpet PS and filed a complaint. They called those people and asked the cluster manger to come resolve the issue. Mr.Vishnu who cluster manager for TVS electronics also dint give us satisfying reasons. He finally told me to approach XIAOMI Technology India pvt ltd office banglore.

But my question is that why these people not handling customers queries properly and even their technicians are not upto mark and they are just forcing us to pay and get our phone repaired inspite of being in warranty. this is total injustice and fraud going on. i want everyone to please reflect this matter which i am facing and ask these people to resolve my issue at the earliest.This is just a business of making money. MI should compensate for problems i faced and should resolve matter as soon as possible.

I facing display problem, last two month I complaint four time against it but not solution give to me. Customer care executive told me your mobile was not physically damage and not liquid damage but our senior office at delhI head office can not allow as to repair it in free of cost my mobile still under warranty. Care centre name himachal infotech una h.P. Please give me proper solution against it
