I purchased Chimney from Faber on 12.04.16, till date it is not installed. Faber service is very poor, service engineer visited three times, yet it is pending to install. Also tried to contact customer care executive on 1800-209-3484 all time phone is busy.

Request to all pl. don't buy Faber Chimney due to bad service

Continuous spark is coming from all the burners of an under warranty Faber Gas stove model HTG 653 CRS BR CI purchased, which was purchased in December 2017. Have sent a mail this morning as well as lodged a complaint with the dealer Croma Store, Belapur. But no response from either Faber or Croma till now. Emergency service is required.

We had purchased one Faber chimney some time back. It is out of worrintey now we contact customer care of Faber the deputed their pranchiees m/s Yash Chimney Services centre Indra Puram Ghaziabad. The service enginer said thats one blower is defective but is not available a spair with the company and the chimney therefore cannot b repaired. He has charged one thousand as service change and but our chimney is still working their is. No suction generated by the chimney Plz take urgent messages action depute your companies competent service engineer with proper spare parts to repair the chimney.

Faber stoves are failure and this was also acknowledged by their own technicians. Within a year of purchase I have to call the after sale service for lot of complains and with most of the time worst responses. On the final end of warranty period, the spark producing generator failed. No free service also. All are charged each and every visit. Fraud company.

I am totally frustrated and disappointed with Faber service.. Biggest mistake I made is buying a Faber Hob..Now one month since I have registered a complaint with Faber Service centre in Trivandrum regarding my Faber Hob, the big burner not working. They advised buying a new burner, which I agreed and told them to go ahead. They mentioned that it has to come from Pune... Now one month passed and they have not bothered to come up with the new burner. The service centre in Trivandrum is pathetic. When I try to contact them, they do not answer the phone too. Kindly look into this matter ASAP.

I am really angry with the service centre in Trivandrum...Why do they have a service centre??.. With great difficulty I got thru to them now and they tell me the spare has not come from Pune. She told me it will take a week... Last one month same answer and the same “Don’t care Attitude” to customers.

Pls tell me how to deal with this crisis and your Service Centre in Trivandrum... Can you rectify this problem or not???

Lamp and Moyer not running.I have complained 15days before but yet not get service customer care centre Bareilly is demanding for cash for service. so I am waiting for service.

We had recently purchased faber chimney and now its not under working condition.Had called them multiple times but no response.I request you to attend the call and register my complaint.

It reached me through Amazon on 29th Nov. Till now it has not been installed in spite calling the no. from which they contacted me on 30th Nov 2020. Very bad after sales service and coordination.

Brought a microwave owen which stopped working within a short span of 16 months, more worse is the after sales service, its pathetic, even after contacting multiple times over the last one month nothing happened so far, the usual response we will call you back shortly, thereafter there wont be any callback and the next time when you call, the response again will be same, we will call you back.

Faber Table Top 8 Place FFSD 6PR 8S Ace Black dishwasher bought online from Amazon

Started giving trouble from June 2022, that is after 8 months. Motor completely defunct from Aug 2022 that 10 months from purchase. For the last 3 months I am hearing that the new motor is coming. They brought one motor that did not fit. Later I was called last to last week to inform that the motor is on its way and will reach in 3 days. Where is it Lost in transit? Remember this is the situation and it is not even one year!!!

This matter is being handled by their zonal manager, even he hasn't been able to do a thing.

If this is not a case for replacement of product then what is pray tell me. I refuse to accept this machine whose machine parts are obsolete. What will happen after the warranty is over? The zonal manager (for now not telling the name, but I will later surely) had promised replacement after a certain date which is long gone. Even he cant keep his word. I wonder what a sorry state this company Faber is in!!!
