I have availed a gold loan from muthoot incorp.Sailashari Vihar Bhubaneswar Br.a/c no. F5087. While going for epayment the system is not showing any loyalty no. I have been paying intt through this epayment system for last 4-5 months. I talked to your customer care and they said to approach the Br for loyalty no. I got the loyalty no fr br as MPSLVR881590115 . The system is saying invalid loyalty no or no such loan pending against such loyalty no. Pl get the system corrected to enable me for epayment of monthly intt. Thanks

Still i have not received the product and management also not responding on this, i have check with courier service they are saying we already delivered to respective person.

TO WHOM SOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

As per attached scan copy I have a small Deposit in your organization - Pune Kothrud (Maharashtra) branch sine 30/01/2014.

On date 02/01/2018 when I went to this branch to collect my monthly interest your staff refuses to give me my monthly interest giving the reason that my KYC is not update so my account is blocked / seized & that is why I don't get my interest on that day. Now I wish to ask you few questions that ……

1) When you open a F.D Account of anybody, are you open an account without taking any document? In my case I have submitted all the required document at the opening of my F.D account i.e PAN copy & Address copy so why you want another copy from me?

Even though I am ready to give you 100 copies of the same again but let me confirm that my given copies are safe with you. But your staff from the pune Kothrud branch said me that I have not submitted any document at the time of opening an F.D account. Now you only tell me that then how you opened my F.D account without taking any document on 30/01/2014.

Is this way to behave F.D holders that to refuse him to give his own F.D interest ? This was a very bad experience I had on date 02/01/2018 from your Pune Branch. Hope you will look into this matter & try to solve at your level only & I must get my interest on or before 9/01/18 (Tuesday)

I have took a gold loan from Muthoot Finance of 94,500.00 on 15th Sep 2017. Customer Id is: 032580000002995. Loan No: 03258/MAL/000783. I paid 1st installment on Rs. 5000.00 on 20/10/2017. I have 2nd installment Rs.5000.00 on 25/12/2017, 3rd installment paid in 25000.00 in 06/04/2018. I have some busy schedule so I couldn't get enough time to come your branch physically. I always trying to pay my installment by online but most most of the time is not worked. So I can't able to pay my EMI timely. Now today I came to your Kestopur office to close my account. The official said my due balance is Rs.78100.00.

I have already paid Rs. 35000.00. I have take loan of Rs. 94,500.00. Within six months can it is become Rs. 1,13,100.00. It means interst of six months is Rs. 18,600.00. Other banks Gold Loan rate of interest is comparatively lower than Muthoot. The difference is huge for an amount as big as the one I have to pay on.

Please solve the problem & your official don't want to show the details. How the huge amount is growing on. I shall appreciate if you could reach upon a conclusion soon and respond to my statement.

We have cleared Rs.11000 loan, which auction in the Gold. The difference loss of Rs. 3004 amount paid ON 07.09.2022. The branch authorites not issue NOC about rs.11000 loan account. 08/10/2022 morning 10 se 11k bich Sri Ganganagar Rajasthan sulhdiya circle branch gaye thi, mera loan number 1736-TMS-131 h, pichle 06/09/2022 ko mera loan upgrade hua tha. to maneger ne mujhe meri kist ki date 07/10/2022 ki bataye thi lekin jab mai 07/10/22 ko payment kar rahi thi phone app se to meri interest amount Jada dikha rahi thi. so mai branch manager k pass gayi 08/10/22 subha 10 se 11k bich. lekin unhone mujhe kaha apka penalty lag Chuka k pure month pe, to maine kaha apne mujhe 07/10/22 ka bola tha but wo merese misbehave karte hue bole maine apko kaha is bat ka kya proof hai. jao ap yeha se, krlo Jo karna h. maine kaha mai apki complain krungi lekin wo mujhe with staff misbehave krte rahe. mai muthoot ki team se is bat ka jawab chahti hu k meri kya galti h, mai yea chahti hu ki maneger k khilaf action Li jaye. mai mail bhi kar rahi hu muthoot ki mail pr, agar mujhe koi reply nhi mila to mai police complaint krungi.

Hi this is NAGABHUSHANA. i have taken gold loan in muthoot fincorp from lakkasndra branch Bangalore. my problem all my gold released in the branch but in my CIBIL showing 293000 active loan in fincorp. worst experience am facing i visited many times to branch solve my problem. they will tel we mailed to company but worst experience am getting my CIBIL going down day by day. i want solution for this?

I also request them to send me information in my registered mobile no. but they do not help me out though i complain my problem to you to solve it fast done double payment. i haven't received double payment amount past 5days waiting if we get it.
