Sorry to inform you guys as a customer, your service is hopeless. The time taken by you guys for a western union is not acceptable. They take people for a ride. Never again would I step into your office. How can somebody ask me to sign a blank paper. Admin guys please wake up. I have lot of other options. Thank you for all the service you guys have given me.

It's really a disappointing experience with Muthoot. I have paid the loan amount plus interest via another branch and sent the scanned copy of the receipt to the respective branch from where I took the loan. When I couldn't go by myself to retrieve the gold, I sent my daughter with the hard copy of receipt, permission letter to hand over the gold to my daughter and every other forms required. When she approached the Anakkara branch, the BM replied as we couldn't give it to you, only the customer can retrieve it directly. We contacted the customer care and they are agreeing our point. But the branch alone is adamant to not give it to my daughter. Am totally unsatisfied with the services of Anakkara branch.

Can i pay loan amount through online payment mode for Muthoot fin-corp Auto loan (Bike). any other options are available?

I week taken gold loan 16 may 2016 rupes 1lakh by bhagwanpur branch muzaffarpur bihar. Branch officer his telling that time you will be pay monthly interest rs. 1790 /- only. same amount we have paying in4to5 months other city Hyderabad branch after paying we have received cash receipt in that mention interest completed period 30 day's, after 5 month we have paying in home branch his taken amount 19 hundred above 26 day's. Very unexperienced staffed in working his company and sharing wrong information.

My loan period is over from due date, so I had sent someone other for paying my loan interest with original documents and also I was connected with the branch by telephone, but your branch manager did not accept the interest through other person, so I was upset, because the staff and branch is irresponsible and uncooperative about service with me. Sir your branch manager was abused me and my behalf person, behaving rudely and also harassed by verbally. Please take immediate action about of denied to paying interest.
