The worst response of customer care and lot of money was taken from customer.
1.0 Date 9/12/2015 i was booked a cab sedan (CRN157643625)on 10/12/2015 7:30 Am till 7:00 Am there was not respond. after i was called to customer the customer care executive to change the cab sedan to mini after few minutes (6:33 AM) one message was received no cabs available. After again i was booked Ola cab in my mobile app in few minutes (6:37 AM, CRN157737539). The rate tag is 1.6X. The customer care executive and drivers was doing high amount taken to customers this type of tricks was taken. In this type of incidents was happened in two times to me.

Hello, everyone my name is Neon, i have a problem with login in Ola App. when ever i try to enter my initials, the server response says the phone has exceeded the registry permissible limit. I called the customer support for this issue but they said i cannot use the app anymore due to the fact that the phones ownership has been transferred. i understand that the phone was given to me as a spare from a friend, but C'mon now there should be a way to reset the Phones OEM identity or IMEI whatsoever which is in the OLA server, (GOOGLE NEXUS 5), so that i can continue using Ola App. Did anyone had the same problem, please share suggestions and support. Ola has been a great deal in my daily life, but now i dont know if i can rely on Ola anymore for reasons that if the issue still persists.

Myself shilpa mani booked OLA cab today on dated 19/12/2015 at 6.05 pm in Amravati city (MH) n I got CRN 161912910 with Driver name Vijay Solanke. He called me after 10 minutes and said my vehicle has problem and I will not meet on time so he directly asked me that where u want to go??? And also suggest the cancellation of booking. If Ola administration has any problem then they can check the recording of the same as I already provided the CRN no. on above. I raised the question that how the drivers asked me about my traveling and who cancelled my booking as I didn't do that. Is anyone from OLA side will take responsibility of this misbehavior or we should search other transport than OLA group????

I booked my ola cab for first time, but was not able to use first ride coupon as it was not showing. even after completing my ride it get lapsed.

The worst service and bad people on the planet..I don't want to write down a book of what what they did but one thing I want to say this TAXI FOR SURE I'm feeling very bad of the behavior and there actions and the amount they are charging is irrelevant i also got to know later there tricks to misguide the customers. If ola customer support!! are you listening to me..? I'm gonna post this comment everywhere about your service..! You better reply to me I need to talk to you.. I've got the name phone numbers of those drivers..!

My account suspended by you which is ola service mistake.. at that time want to go for cheoki station and i booked ola.. but all drivers are give excuse that they are very far from my location and they cant come and told me to cancel. 3 times charge pay...then they will serve me. i have book many times the ola and cancel due to their excuse and its urgent for me. after a long time i login with my frnd id .. n then book... that is very helpful for me.. bt you suspended my account.. at urgent need...its ur service has defect not my fault ok.

Today was my first ride,this ride was supposed to be 100 rupees off so i booked a cab its cost for the ride was 171rupees this cost has to be come down to 71 rupees as it was my first ride but the driver with CRN178793979 and his name PREM M took 171 instead of 71rupees. Later got this message-Thanks for traveling with Ola Cabs. Invoice of Rs.71 for your ride but money he took was 171 rupees and I ask you to give me my offer back or refund 100 rupees or else wont use your dumb cheating app!!So kindly do consider these facts and reply.

I booked Cab at 6:45 PM from Manikonda to Secunderbad Railway station but due to Driver was hesitant to take the short route and also took a route which was huge traffic area. I asked the driver to take Jublee hills route instead he took me Mehendipatnam route. he also started arguing later that he would not take me to Secunderabad railway station. Normally when I board the CAB I never mention the destination while booking cab where as this time driver was scolding me why I didn't provide the destination. Later I have to get down the cab and board another cab with heavy language which was just waste of time and lot of inconvenience. Finally I had to miss the train where the ticket was booked in tatkal.

My booking Ref No. CRN187294819 dt. 16.02.2016 at 19.53 in Lucknow. At 19.34 p.m., I received SMS furnishing me the mobile no, cab no. and driver name etc for my pickup. Before driver contact me, at 19.40 p.m.I again received SMS informing that my booking is cancelled and I have to rebook my cab. It was really unfortunate that at the last minute how a responsible cab service provider like ola can cancel the booking without thinking the inconveniences that will be faced by the customer. Due to their casual approach, even their flight can also be missed. The appropriate action must be initiated against the erring persons and I must be compensated with the losses.

My inquiry for the payment on 24/2/16 transaction is my account balance is 1200/-incentives is my balance but not given 1200/-only your company given is 197/- please cheque for my earning guarantee check for my requirement whats the actual problem. Every time, payment is made at destination. But it is not seen credited. I am sent voucher for payments already made. Also when we access your page for fresh booking, the amount is shown as still due. Each time I have to send a feedback saying, I have already paid it at destination.

This is to inform with regard to: Olacabs Invoice for CRN197511040 and INVOICE NO.197511040 --09 Mar, 2016 for Rs.1319.00 ro trip from Kadavanthra, Ernakulam to Chelamattam Sri Krishna Temple and back. An amoun of Rs.1319.00 has been paid at destination. Thank you.

I have been offered 50% discount for the next five rides. I am required to enter code KOCHI50. but there is no place where this code is to be entered in the mobile app. So I have not been able to avail of the discount. I am told by the driver that the amount Rs1319.00 is after the discouont. So I had to make the payment fully. NVOICE NO.197511040 09 Mar, 2016.

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. I have travelled from my residence to air port on 29 Feb 16 in ola cab. (refer CRN192819685)
2. I received the bill /invoice through my email.
3. The start/pick up point and drop point are indicated in the map of the invoice but not in writing.
4. I am a serving defense officer My bills get cleared by CDA (N). Without proper pick up and drop points in writing and total amount paid in the invoice , my bills will not clear and I will be losing the money.
5. If this method is followed no Defense personnel will use ola cabs for their official duty.
6. Please take necessary action and send me voucher for the above journey with clearly mention of Pick up and drop point and the total amount paid to clear my bills.
7. I am not able to send my query through your support email address.
