I ordered my stuff on 15 September.My order I'd is 2416570.Tracking details show my order has reached the desired city on 21 September via E com express and has been assigned to employee Kamal Kishore..but no one has contacted yet. How should I proceed further...or please tell me how to proceed for refund?

Hi Team, I ordered this cycle yesterday because i require cycle urgently & gave shipping order place in Decathlon cyber city Gurgaon. I got dated 19.07.2020 to get my order. But now i got text that i would get my shipping on 29.07.2020. I belong to noida which is 55 km far from gurgaon. My concern is that if i will get this cycle on 29 july 2020 then why will i go to gurgaon location which is too far from my home.Please change shipping adress to Decathlon store Indrapuram (Ghaziabad) because it is 15 km far from my home. It is completely your mistake to give me incorrect information & why did i suffer from your mistake. Plz let me know if you can help me to change shipping address otherwise i will have to cancel my order.

One person using Gift card through purchase the products then you are delivered to him you have the details with contact details also right ,then i am not using the gift card. Then who's that person to using my gift card amount. Please refund my amount this the last time i warn you, Other wise will go with legally.
