We are a group of 20 veterans (50 years +) are playing foot ball and being regular customer of your Fulnakhara store at Odisha we have purchased many balls & other sports materials from that store since last 2/3 years. Last week we had visited your store with a defective ball with a complain of Valve Problem for replacement under warranty. But regret is that one of your store's personnel Mr. Bijaya Parikh,Who called himself as store manager has denied to replace the defective ball with a remark that its a intentional man made tempered & not the manufacturing defect, which has hot to my sentiment.

For your information most of our group/team members are State Govt. Employee & eminent Business man, for this small amount of Rs. 999/- it was not expected from a reputed world wide big organisation like yours.
