I booking online ticket una to Junagadh I reach the bus station before bus time I told depo staff about bus they answered me the bus went a few minutes so I request to refund my money.

Today i had confirm online ticket for ahmedbad to Mahuva gsrtc bus time 5.25 am. i reach my boarding point gita mandir central bus stand at 5 O'clock, bus time was 5.25 am but bus not came at right time. also this bus was gone on cancel, nobody coordinator, they have give right message for this bus was came either come or not. i wait till 6 am. so that i have very trusted the GSRTC BUS services, I have realised and thought about a private service is best than GSRTC services.

I booked Bhuj to Junagadh and Bhuj to Veraval. Two times money debited from bank but ticket not generated. I called to Customer care but all executives are busy.

I have booked ticked for my offer staff for training at ahmedabad from bharuch bholav. but the conductor refused to allot seat by saying that in his list there is no booking . and my persons were removed from the bus. i have paid 8000 for their training which was a big loss for me. i want my ticked refund back it was 700 for their tickets from bharuch bholav to ahmedabad nehrunagar in GSRTC VOLVO BUS.

Very bad experience regarding cancelled Ticket refund.Refund not back even after 17 days... Also not any kind of intimation regarding refund to customer. online customer care call service is very poor. No one answered any single call out of 10. My personal request don't use online booking if your trip will not 100% confirm. Refund process is very wrost.

Bus driver call me and just say, bus won't come.. Not valid reason. I asked why but he reply nothing just say bus won't come... Apne hisab se adjust karlo.

I try to help form rajkot inquiry room but... I'll typical government employees....Uske ke baap ki government ho aisa answer diya. Online booking me hume kuch nahi kar sakte. Jab tumhari auokat hi nahi hai. Kuch bhi handle kar ni ki to jak marne ke liye ye online service start ki hai.

The hotel where the bus stops is not good at all... And Please change the hotel where the buses stop, passengers find it difficult to eat food and etc.

I reached at my bus time but soon got to know from bus depo that, particular bus in which we booked tickets no longer exists. After sending email to erefund @mail1.gsrtc.in, I didn't get any email from them regarding to refund. Simple advice of mine is never ever try to book tickets from gsrtc application.
