Dear sir,

I had booked Uber on 04.11.2019 at 1:00AM approximately from Vijay Nagar, Gaziabad to Greater Noida West. Uber had been booked by Rs 603.04 and paid total amount by PayTM. After some time it was cancelled due to some problem. I have not received my balance amount after deduction of penalty.
It is request to take action and send money in PayTM immediately.

Dear Uber Team,

It was the first time that I have face such issue,

Today I booked a cab from Nathupura more to Rajendra place metro station, after travelling some meal driver (Mr. Sunny) car no. 2936 choose wrong direction when I told why you are following this route, he say that it’s uber decided route and I’m following the same.

Then I told him why you are not following my instructions I booked the cab. He just denied to following my route and follow their route. Due to I reach my destination late by 50Min.

I told him that I will mark your complaint he said your most welcome u can do, uber cannot blacklist me. I have very good track. He also connect with driver help line no. I told him let me talk with uber person, the uber guys denied to talk with me.

I want you to take a follow-up with me and driver also. If you guys are providing such services that driver will do whatever he wants so kindly make it your tag line.

I had booked Uber Pool day before yesterday i.e on 19.12.2020 where driver name was Shashi (Regn no: JH01CS 4819, white Hyundai Eon) and it showed 10 min waiting time on the app . when contacted to the driver he said it will take half an hour and I agreed to wait for half an hour. But when it had crossed the said time again I contacted to the driver, he started giving excuses not to come at the pick up point and finally he cancelled the trip and ultimately the whole scheduled program of my planned journey was contaminated due to the loss of more than 30 minutes time. It is very disappointed to say that if such kind of behavior continues from uber driver, we will happily like to uninstall the app for forever.

Cell phone inside uber vehicle. Driver has switched off the phone. How do I get drivers details? His phone number to call him. I use uber generally and was satisfied enough. However, during my booking I posted the pick point as Gitanjali Salon, Pusa Road, but unfortunately the app showed the same as Arya Samaj Road. I tried a number of times to set the same right but it continued to be same and I was compelled to reach the pick up point with difficulty, since I am a senior citizen of 76 years and it took about half an hour to get the cab. It is my humble submission that such draw back should be looked in to, so that no such problem could be revised.

Yes, Uber driver intention cancel trip after spending half an hour and other uber charge cancellation charges from customers. Same happened as driver not responding on call and continue disconnected my call even drop msg to come correct landmark after half an hour cancel trip without informing to me and parked his cab wrong location even I have pictures also but no Uber will change cancellation charges from customers only.

Basically on 27th August, i had booked an UBer auto in the night around 11 Pm, the Uber driver firstly he sounded really weird as if he was drunk, and post that he was telling “Mam the auto details which the Uber app is showing and the auto wch i’m getting is not same..my brother took that Auto. so i will be getting another auto” and he gave me new auto number..luckily I had canceled it thinking if the auto is’nt same that means I can’t track my journey.

I just feel what f I would have got into that auto..Does this happen offen @Uber Company? And also when i asked him to cancel ride he didn’t..and a cancellation charge was charged to me

Hi Team,

I had booked UBER auto from kanteerava stadium to basavanagudi head post office on Saturday afternoon around 1:15 PM through the Uber mobile app. I got assigned Auto with number KA02AD7948 driver name was Shivanna

He called me and asked whether cash or online payment, even I told him that cash payment he said ok and cut the call. After 10 minutes I tried calling him and he was not picking the call and then onwards he is disconnecting the phone.

So after waiting more than half an hour I went by bus. I didn't cancel the trip from my side because it was showing a cancellation fee of 20 rupees. After reaching my destination some other auto person called me and told me that he is in the location. After that, I had to cancel my booking,bNow it is showing me to pay 20 rupees. Why do I need to pay for the mess created by Shivanna the first auto driver??

My father's uber driver account is not been login in the last 30 days. Uber customer care is also not helping. Can't even get an appointment to go to the uber office because the uber app is having a login issue. please help us as soon as possible.

I have booked an Auto by selecting payment method, google pay and got a booking accordingly that, however Auto driver reached my pickup point and inform me that I have to pay cash, to avoid any kind of disturbance on ground, I told ok I will pay you cash, once I reached my destination, as usual I paid cash to the Auto driver and Uber also demanded a payment as the booking made by selecting online, I made that payment to Uber also.

I raised this issue with the customer support, however they refused my refund request because, I had a similar incident in the past. Such a third graded service.

If auto driver is not accepting online payment, even though booking initiated by selecting online payment method, then its not my fault.

It's not once or twice... But so many times I came across so many drivers from uber who talk harshly and inappropriately... But I really don't mind that as such cause I feel they are also human and they also may have their own personal issues that sometimes comes forefront while they are doing their job..... But I have a problem with the rules that they create like they always need cash and always make us cancel the trip and consequently the penalty get charged on us... They don't even ask for it initially but after reaching to the pick-up point they make such fuss..... Once they charged me almost double of the payment I supposed to make by the procedure and I had to accept all of it as I was in a real hurry.

So, to conclude I just wanna say if you don't know how to operate through online payments then just remove the option.

Driver doesn't turn up inspite of accepting the ride. When we call they don't pickup and if they pick up they are very rude. Moreover there is no provision in the app to register such complainants. If rider cancels then rs. 50 charge but no charge for driver not committing for the rider.

I am writing to you to raise an issue about being charged twice for a trip that was already paid in excess cash once.

The issue that I have experienced was: Uber team,

This has regards to an old trip availed by an uncle of mine on 8th March 2022. The trip estimated cost was Rs. 85 but a payment of Rs. 120 was made via cash.

Today I tried booking a trip for my dad which was subsequently cancelled by me. However I see a charge of Rs. 85 to my Amazon pay balance without my authorization.

Have you people lost your mind or lost the least bit of semblance of ethics that you blatantly and openly are cheating customers in broad daylight. Have you scumbags fallen to such levels of moral decadence?

Shame on you and your parts.

I need this Rs. 85 credited back to my source payment mode in the next 48 hours failing which I am going to take this matter to the consumer disputes redressal platform and on every social media platform.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I arrived from Chennai to Delhi on 6th August, 2022 at 10.30 Pm by Indigo flight no.6E 2752 at IGI Airport (T2). I have booked an uber Cab. They picked me at T2 Uber pickup point at 10.54 PM. The driver of HR39D4280 took OTP from me. At the time of booking the app shows the price Rs.672/- and maintained it throughout the journey. But I was surprised when my ride was terminated at Harkesh Nagar Faridabad (PIN-121003) and the driver told me to pay Rs. 2271/- . This Pair is 3.4 times higher than the fare shown on the app somehow i managed and paid.

After getting a receipt from Uber it was found that the distance charged is 126.32 KM which is generally 31 to 33 Km as per your earlier receipt. On my 16th March 2022 ride the distance is 31.4 KM and fare is Rs. 613/- and my other ride dt. 16th April 2022 ride the distance is 32.57 KM and fare is Rs. 757/-.
Please enquire the matter and refund my excess charged money at the earliest.

A cab has been booked today whose number is DL 1RTC 1999 by A 47 Nirman Vihar Delhi 110092 by Ms. Neena Chopra. This lady has created an uber account by our address A 46 and is constantly making all bookings on our address. Please note that we have not booked any cab / auto for many years from our address. Kindly do not generate any invoices / receipts on our address of A 46 Nirman Vihar, Delhi. We are also filing a police complaint in this connection.

When any person from India joins the uber company to drive, then the company takes all the documents of that person and when the person leaves the vehicle and calls the customer care or any helpline of uber, his driver profile is deleted forever. When asked to close, the company clearly refuses that after joining our company, we cannot leave the profile, we cannot delete it now, they do not behave like this even in government banks, till the person has to drive, now he The person running it has the mind that he wants to run it further or not, these people are fraud, after that they scam the person by taking loan on the necessary papers of that person, never use Android phone, they are getting scammed. very nowadays.

Today, I tried to book one cab, cab driver did not confirm trip & cancellation charges for 45 rs deducted from my paytm wallet. Suggesting everyone to not book cab from uber, delete this app from your mobile phone. No contact number is available to connect. not able to connect with customer care, they are cheater. I am going to take legal action & file complaint with central goverment for Uber. Even UBER APP is showing clearly that driver did not confirm trip, even payment deducted for cancellation.

I booked uber rental from chennai airport this morning (29/01/2023) driver name was Arumugam.I booked an Uber for 8 hours. In the evening, we had gone to Vanagram toll plaza for some work, a bike rider hit his cab, which dented the door of his cab.The driver spent 1 hour demanding money from them for the loss.And in 8 hours, that one hour was wasted by the driver.In the evening when the payment time came, the driver asked me for the OTP pin, which I had given to him in the morning.Uber's bill was 3319.71 rupees by spending extra time and extra time and in that the driver said you have to pay toll also 175 rupees and I paid 3500 rupees via phone pay. And as soon as I check-in at the hotel, I get a mail from Uber that the driver reported you can't pay full payment.Pay fast or else the money will come in the next Uber ride.

I had to go to Chandigarh rly stn to catch Shatabdi exp at 6.45 am.on booking the uber cab, driver Nirmal came and stopped outside without informing me. Getting anxious I cameout to find him standing.i requested him to wait a few minutes while I locked my house.on coming out idid not find him there.he messaged TRIP CANCELLED. Only 20 minutes to reach station to board.we were left high and dry.A classical case of treachery and breach of faith. Helpless and stranded I woke up to a emergency situation.Per force I had to take outmy veh and drove to station at breakneck speed .to park and reach the platform with luggage.It was a nightmare.in future I shall try my level best to avoid this cab service.to add insult to injury I was asked to pay inr 77 for booking.Woefully damaging. Later scrapped on representative. Please dismiss such greedy drivers.i am highly disappointed.

Dear Uber Team,

I am informing you that I booked a uber cab today around 1:30 am from ajmeri gate (110006) to Jasola shiv mandir (110025). the cab was booked in 1/2 mins and i came to the cab with my family. After OTP given to the driver he was not driving the vehicle properly he drives aggressively (fast & overtake) with loud music that irritates me & my family. after 20-25 mins i reach at my location and trip was complete and my uber app show the trip fare 268 rs but the driver ask me 300 rs in cash that I denied to give him. but he said that in night the fare go high but he didn’t show me the anything in uber driver app amounts of 300 rs after a-lot of arguments the driver came to misbehaved with me finally i paid 300 to driver i gave him a 500 rs note and he returned me 200 rs note. later i received a message from uber app that i didn’t pay full payment to driver and i was shocked that how driver do this to me. i am very disappointed with this trip. this is ridiculous and 3rd class service i have ever received from uber since i used the app. i want my extra charge money back and also i want strict action against the driver i am sharing a detail with you. please look into this matter asap.
