Today's early morning(2:00AM) bus(somnath-ambaji) is cancelled. My picking point is junagadh and dropping point is ahmedabad but bus is cancelled but my money is not refund till now.

Respected sir on booking date 11-9-21 ref no:gs15451692 from online bo0king of 12-9-21 7.00 am bus amreli to surat central 3 full and 2 half ticket booking was done. at that time booking amount rs.1010.00 debit from my accounts but ticket not booked and full amount was take. Till date refund amount rs.1010.00 not received. so do needfull action.

It's second time this has happened I didn't get my refund my bus got cancelled.

I have booked tickets today morning for Maninagar to palitana taleti amount of Rs.584 payment was made through my credit card. Message received that Payment made to GRSTC but I have not received tickets and conductor forced me to buy tickets so I bought again. Now I am in the bus.

Kindly refund rs.584 credit card payment made to you.
If this kind of harassment is happening then no one will book online tickets in GSRTC.

I have personal experience. GSRTC are not any refund due to technical issues, Cancel or any other problem.
