Dear Sir/ Madam,

Please note that i did not receive my bag weiging 31kg while i landed at jaipur (Sanganer) airprt from dubai on 04th nov. i register a complaint at airport ref. no. 00118568 with this regard.

I had called 20 times at your apt office to know the status from my mob 9001811107.

Every time I called the person on duty who kept my on hold, your different staff assured me that they will call me and update the status within 24 hours, however no one called me even after 15 days over.

I have been travelling from this airlines for last 6 years. Every time I traveled I face bad experience from your staff. I did not received my bag due negligence of your staff present on duty more over procedure you have to solve the issue.

In future I decided not to travel through your airlines though it may cheap fare.

My flight from jaipur to Delhi has been rescheduled. Now it is reaching so 12:30hrs. Therefore I have been put on SG195 instead of SG192. As such my arrival time changes to 16:55 hrs. From Bagdogara I have to go to Gangtok which is 5hrs drive. It is not desirable to travel in the hills at night. As such I request you to:-

1) put me on SG192 ,
2) prepone my departure to 14th from jaipur Delhi Bagdogara so I stay at Siliguri in then night and proceed in the morning.
3) change my date of flight of 18th to 20th.

Dear Spice Jet customer relations team,

I want to highlight this incident for your immediate action against damage and humiliating my parents in the airport.

Case background:

My elderly parents have travelled to Chennai to Kolkata by your spice jet flight.
(Name: Mukut Chakraborty/ Shila Chakraborty / Yatharth Bhattacharjee) PNR No: B4DFHV Flight No: SG 278 Date: 08th September 2017

When they received the baggage one of the bag was broken, they called me up immediately. I told them to approach the Spice Jet staff, and one of your staff member Suchandra Dutta handled the issue. I spoke to her over the phone, she informed me that such damages cannot be claimed, and another four other staff gathered around my parents and told me not to create an issue. Suchandra was pointing fingers towards my parents during conversation, and also mentioned that my parents have broken the baggage after it is taken away from the belt. Please have this checked in your camera’s. I managed the number of your station manager, Ranabir Sengupta, when I called him initially he said I have called the wrong person. I once again used my sources to get the number from Chennai and they provided the same number, I called him from a different phone and then he picked up. To my surprise, it has been more than 30 minutes that my parents are waiting in front of the baggage belt and he sends me a message that he is busy, they can wait or they can leave.

I am going to post this disgraceful experience in all social media, and educate passenger never ever to take a spice jet again, if my issue is not resolved. I want action taken against Suchandra Dutta for humiliating my parents and also my baggage has to be repaired or replaced.

I was travelling from Kolkata to Mumbai by Flight no SG 488 on 1.12.2017 under PNR no TCGIQQ/1/1.The scheduled departure time was 7:55 AM from Kolkata and arrival time was 10:50 AM.The flight was delayed by 3 hours and left Kolkata at 10:55 AM.The Spicejet ground staffs including Duty Manager , when questioned the reason of the delay, could not give any satisfactory reason.They even could not provide any alternate arrangement for flying to Mumbai.No refreshments had been arranged inspite of repeated requests.

Absolutely no service offered by Spicejet Airlines.Missed important meeting due to the delay causing substantial financial loss. Request refund and compensation from Spicejet Airlines.

I had booked a flight from Delhi to Surat on 28th December.. Though money was deducted through UPI, I haven't received the PNR. Hence I had to make another booking of the flight.Unfortunately after regular follow ups with SpiceJet, there has been no response on the mail. It's been more than a week I am writing g everyday to the the company however no revert even from the higher authorities. UPI team says that payment is successful and Spicejet account has the money.

They are just asking for a confirmation from SpiceJet that if money has not hit the account, then please confirm however the team has not responded on this simple query. Highly disappointed with the service.. The airline keeps people money and not provide the service.

At the time of booking on 18th December 2018, one of your customer executive had assisted me with the booking as well as he ensured that i will get the refund of the convenience fee of Rs. 2250/-

After waiting for more than 10 days, I called up spicejet on 7th Jan 2019 to find about the refund, but to my surprise, no such request was placed by your team. Then i requested your team to place the request for refund, but today being 21st Jan 2019, I still haven't received my refund.

It is more than a month after booking my ticket, and still no response.

Can i expect my refund or should i just assume that Spicejet bluffs its guest for encouraging bookings because my flight is on 26th Jan 2019. Let me know.

There are various (3 types) of grievance search at spice jet website. but they are totally worth less. if you have a infant and spice jet will forcefully taken the amount of a adult from the child and also give the seat to the infant at emergency door. Then, also the crew member forced to take the infant to your lap and you often excercise to return the amount of that adult as well as forcefully taken by spice jet, then how can you survive this. in our nation indigo is the best To solve these issues and also refund the amount also. if there are no systematic value,so why for cust relation, nodal officer Etc so and so.

My pnr no is Y7LK5S. this my last time request to refund my adult money from which taken from a infant. if you receive this as else before ,then i pray to god to continue getting loss to the spicejet airlines,though the airlines of spicejet should be stop as well as kingfisher airlines. don't mind,because Indigo is one and only airlines ,who solve in a few day and return the amount to the party. also,Indigo does not take any adult fare from a infant never. if you are the actual nodal officer of spice jet,then take this matter seriously and refund me the adult money to the merchant. if your judgement should be wrong,then our slogan is long live Indigo and carry on.

A payment of Rs. 44,670 (includes to & fro tickets from Mumbai to Porbandar + Spice insurance + Seats – both ways for 5 tickets) was deducted from my ICICI Bank on 19 March 2019 (early morning), while doing online booking (using “Net Payment” Option) from m.spicejet.com (used my mobile), but no ticket was issued.

A mail was sent on 19 March 2019 along with online transaction Slip and my bank statement, both clearly stating that money has been paid to Spice Jet and have been deducted from my Account. Please help to get my refund at the earliest.

With profound respect this bring to your kind attention that my son and wife booked a ticket from Kolkata to Bangalore on Flight no SPICEJET-SG 713 and PNR T7TZTF. He got a phone call on 06.04.19 regarding cancellation of flight and ask him to confirmation of refund amount. Immediately he confirmed over phone.
But,till date the amount was not credited in my account.

Being a reputed Airline where we can trust blindly request you to do something.

We were having a flight to Pune on dt. 05-06-19 at 8:45 am (SG-8185) PNR- ED2MUQ. We have reached the airport by 7:50 and queued at the counter. No one has showed a small gratitude to call for the flight to get check-in first. We have reached the counter at 8:02 am asked for the check-in. your staff has denied to process the request as we got late in checking as per the scheduled time to reach there prior to 45 minutes from flight time (as per your staff). We have requested a lot to them to oblige us for 10-15 minutes and let us board on the flight as there was no other option with us. They kept on deny and at last suggested to re-schedule the flight. We rush to the ticket counter and asked for the reschedule where we came to know that we need to pay Rs. 15350 additionally to reschedule the flight. It was completely shocking for us. Myself and my wife got numb. It was my first and the worst experience that we didn't get any support from your people deployed at the airport. We have to attend the wedding of my cousin in Pune which was completely ruined by your airport staff.

The day we have to fly, we got a call from you at 6:30 am approx., saying that we shall reschedule our journey if we are planning to come late as some other customer want it urgently. My wife, Monika Rai Gupta, has received this call while we are on the way to airport.

This seems all was planned from your side to ignore us and provide our booking unethically to other customer and make double profit.

What loss i have made in reaching to Pune only I know, no one else can experience that as I have been through the entire suffering.

I just want you to let me know why all this unethical behavior has shown by your staff at the airport counters and why would i prefer your airlines next time?

Further, I would claim you to refund the damages I born during this journey due to the unethical behavior of your staff making me suffer all this. I had the loss of Rs. 7150 on the tickets and additional expenses of Rs. 20,000 by booking other flight. I must say that kind refund me the loss of amount which i have spent on booking of tickets. This entirely falls on the negligence of your staff who didn't show their kindness to even make a small announcement before closing the check-in window even though we were present at the window.

Request you to take this seriously and help us around and get us refund of our flight expenses ASAP.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Greetings for the Day!

I, CA Ronak Jain, along with my wife, traveled in your flight No. SG 087 from Delhi to Bangkok on 05th July 2019 vide PNR ZG653X. With respect to this journey, I would like to bring our discomfort in your notice and expect some quick resolution.

The flight was supposed to take off from Delhi at 9.20 PM (Indian Standard Time) and reach Bangkok at 3.00 AM as per Thailand Standard Time (TST). Considering this schedule, we had booked our next connecting flight from Bangkok to Krabi. The next flight detail was:- Flight NO. VZ 340, PNR No ZG653X, flying at 7:10 AM (Thailand Timing Standard) from Bangkok and reach Krabi at 8:35 AM (Thailand Timing Standard). We had kept the lay over time for more than four hours which is above the average lay over time at Bangkok airport. We had ample time to complete VISA application process, Immigration, collect our luggage and again to board the next flight from the same BKK Airport (Suvarnabhumi)

However, your flight from Delhi bearing No SG 87 on 5th July 2019, was delayed multiple times by approx. 4 hrs at Delhi Airport and had taken-off at around 1.15 AM (IST) from Terminal 3 from IGI and reached Bangkok at 6.45 am (TST). The Flight was delayed by 3.55 Hours and as a result we were not able to catch our next flight. Since your flight was delayed by 3.55 Hours and landed Bangkok at 6:45AM (TST) we are not able to complete our visa and immigration formalities and boarding requirement for our connecting flight, in short window of 25 minutes. Therefore, we were unable to catch our planned flight. Further, to reach our desired location, we booked another flight From Bangkok to Krabi, whose details are as follows :

Flight No. : WE 245 (Thai Smile)

PNR : P7MVPZ

Timing : 14.50

Flight Fare: 6280 ( Both Person)

We had to bear extra cost of Rs … to reach our final destination and reach our hotel by a total delay of 8 Hours. The additional cost, time and pain beared by us was primarily on account of Spice Jet which reached the Bangkok (BKK) with a delay of 3.55 Hours without any prior intimation to us at IGI.

In this respect, we like to share our experience, on 5th July 2019 evening, we had tried to discuss the issue with your Customer Care NO. +91 9987180333. However, firstly we waited for more than 30 minutes to get connected to your representative, once it’s get connected, he was unable to give us any meaningful solution to our problems. Thereafter, we tried to connect with your representatives at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, and discuss our problem. Firstly at the boarding counter, the concerned person was very casual in his approach, he was assuring us that we will catch our next flight at BKK without any discomfort. He tried to give us wrong assurance that we don’t need to worry at all. After his assurance also, the flight take off for more than 2 hour delay from the revised schedule. We found very few Spice Jet representative at Terminal 3 to whom we can discuss and get some solution. We ask them for some help from their team at Bangkok airport which can help us at BKK in minimizing our layover time. However, we are sorry to say that there was not a single person from your team at BKK who can assist us and try to resolve our problems at BKK. We are extremely disheartened and feel sorry to write, but your whole support staff at DEL and BKK, which was very few in number, was non-cooperative and giving assurance without any intent of fulfilment. Neither they had any information about any basic queries nor they had any power to take decision. It’s really pathetic for customer to taste such an experience at its initial stage of the vacation which brings bitterness in the whole Trip. The customer makes plan for more than a month for a vacation and spend his hard earned money to make it memorable, but it starts with such a bad taste.

It is pertinent to note that, As per the Passenger Charter released by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, if you missed your connecting flight because your previous flight was delayed, you are liable to receive compensation along with refund of Flight Fare. Under the Passenger Charter we want you to release full compensation to us due to delay of SG 087 on 5th July 2019 amounting Rs….. and also the extra payment we paid for the connecting flight at BKK for flight No VZ 340 amounting Rs…. The reason for delay was under your control, as the flight landed at Delhi Airport before 10.00 PM but it took its next take-off at 1.15 AM that is after 3.15 Hours. In normal conditions, a flight can take-off in next 30-45 Minutes after its landing. The weather at Delhi on 5th July 2019 was clear and other flights were flying as per their schedule.

Therefore, in my assessment, we are eligible for compensation along with the refund of our next flight ticket. We are sure enough your team must have complete knowledge of Compensation norms and reasons for Delay of SG 87. We request your concerned teams to check all the inputs in this regard and release our compensation along with refund. We have attached all the supporting documents related to whole journey.

In last we want to say that, we are totally dishearten, by the approach of Spice Jet team which we witnessed during our whole journey. It’s totally unprofessional and uncooperative. We don’t found Empathy in your support team with the problems faced by the passengers. They are always sorry for everything without sorry of anything. It has been rightly said that if you are sorry then Compensate for Being Sorry and we never expected below standard services from such a Giant Aviation Organisation of India. How will you sustain your position or grow further with this exiguous approach. From my view, it looks next to impossible, as I, along with all co-passengers witnessed a horrible experience by flying through spice jet. I always personally considered Spice Jet as one of the highest professional organisation of Indian Market, but by encountering my last experience, I put them in my negative list.

As all other co-passengers, I should forget this experience and move on in my life. And for next time I should keep Spice Jet in my negative list and try to convince all my near and dear ones that we should not fly through Spice Jet. All co-passengers had encountered the same taste of services but do not have time to give their valuable feedback nor do they want to improve your deficiencies in services.

My profession do not allow me to do that, being an auditor, my approach is that we should evaluate internal control and communicate to the concerned person for improvement. We should implement such polices and procedure which give maximum satisfaction and comfort to our customers. So, I decided to give my precious time in writing about my experience and bring about the failure of your internal control at multiple points to the concerned person. I hope that my observation will help the organisation to improve its system and increase customer satisfaction. I am hopeful that all corrective measures will be taken by the concerned department, so that in future you don’t send a single passenger with a smallest of discomfort.

Do take this email to the highest level of your organisation, consider my feedback very sincerely and try to look for long lasting solutions. This email may be path changer for your organisation, which will surely help your organisation to grow more rapidly.

I am traveling from Mumbai to Guwahati on 23 rd August.while taking the boarding pass I was just going to one of the desk care issuing b.passes as she has just done with previous passenger.when I was at a distance she rudely said did I call you? You are coming to me.then I took boarding pass from another who is sitting nearer to her.as there is long que in domestic departure so I didn't respond to her anything.but the behaviour of such desks creates unnecessary worries to passenger.always it is not like that passenger is wrong.

I am very unhappy from Spicejet services, I have called customer care and now you again changed the policy that I can reschedule my flight till 30th Arpil.

When I called on 13th March then your agent told me to reschedule for any date till one year.

I want you to reschedule my flight for 26th Nov, 2020. I will file share this cheating issue evrywhere on social media like how you are treating your customer in this hard time of Coronavirus.

This has reference to the refund against the flights made non-operational during the pandemic period.

I had my flight tickets booked for my family to and fro from Surat to Bagdogra. But, the flights were not taking off as per the government guidelines.

I have duly applied for the refund of the value incurred for the flight tickets which I till date await for the refund (via Make my trip portal).

But when we reached airport your check-in department says this plan only 1st row not 2nd and 3rd row and these rows your amount is refunded. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I was travelling from goa to delhi from SPICEJET flight and my baggage was not tagged by airline so that my baggage was not being board in flight and custody by the airport authority. When I reached delhi then they told me that my baggage was not board that too after 3 hrs and I have never seen this kind of casual response.. now I am trying to get in touch with them to know the status at 9667300285 but they are not picking up my phone .. have tried N number of times.... SPICEJET offers cheap fare but guys trust me you will get harass by SPICEJET staff just to save few 100s.. I would suggest not to take spicejet flights ever in your life...

Hello Team,

I really did not appreciate the spicejet. I booked my flight from Kanpur to mumbai for 8th december 2021. But your team has changed the flight schedule and they changed the dates which is 9th december and i am very disappointed with the services. I want my flight on 8th december otherwise i want full refund. If i will not get satisfaction, I will raise a complaint in the customer consumer forum.

My above PNR is for 3 persons for onward journey on 16.4.2020 abd return on 17.04.2020. Though I have been informed thst refund is initiated by the Nodal Officer, the same not materialised till now. From Apri 2021 I am waiting for the refund. I have been informed by the Nodal Officer from April 2021 at various times, that fue to some "" Technical Glich"" the same is not materialised. I will be forced to take up the matter with appropriate authorityin your failure again.

Greetings of the day!!

I traveled from Spicejet flight SG924, on 24h March 2022 having a PNR no. YYV7MC from Patna to Ahmedabad. My flight was rescheduled for 6.55 PM but it took off around 9.10 PM and reached the Ahmedabad airport at 11.15 PM due to the late arrival (Ahmedabad) I missed my pre-booked train. I faced a lot of problems to reach my destination (Surat).
At Patna airport, I had a word with your official, they said that it will be compensated but now your team is denying to compensate. Kindly look into the matter and compensate for the same otherwise will escalate this matter. Kindly cross-check the matter with airport officials and do the needful at the earliest.

I, am the regular traveler of Spice Jet Airlines. I had tried to book Journey from Bangalore to Kolkata for the date of 25.09.2022 on 26.06.2022 through your website under Defence Personal Quota. Flightt Number was SG538. Due to some technical problem PNR number was not generated and amount of Rs. 13334/- had been deducted to youe Spice Jet Account number 3199582162095 through Spicejet bill payment no. WSBI12389167761G and reference no is IGANVIZRK1. Several times, I raised the complains to your Customer relation section vide ticket no 10040271 but my amount had not been reverted back. Please do the needful for my refund and help me for further journey with your airlines in future.
