I ordered a mobile in flipkart company whose delivery was on 9 october but the item in it was ms and a charger came to us. i complained about it only on 9th but it got parijat main phir kya fir jab tu gaya main fir kya cold Done 4 times Rejected FIR Blocked our account and now the company is saying that there will be no refund my flipkart wins the company with folded hands, don't give me our refund, when I will do a fraud case against your company. I talk to your customer he gives me wrong advice and doesn't even talk to me forcing me to do cheating case against your company. thank you

I had canceled my Headphone Boat Airdopes 431 bluetooth headset, after your clear confirmation that product return has been accepted and will be pickup by 20 Oct. Now refused the return. This may happening unprofessional behaviour since last one month. I am not agree with this.

This is regarding the inconvenience faced by the order placed on 3 Oct 2021 for Apple iPhone12(Black, 64GB). So promised date to deliver the order was 6 Oct 2021 I didn't receive the order. Logistic team called me on 6 Oct 2021 stating that they are short of delivery boys they will deliver by 7 Oct 2021, I said Ok. Till 12 Oct 2021, there was no update for my order. The product was in the nearest hub still I didn't receive the order. When asked the customer care they said to wait for 24-48hr continuously for more than 5days, I really didn't understand how many minutes do you have in 48hrs. Then suddenly today you canceled the order without my consent with a reason for multiple failed attempts to deliver. My question is how can you lie when you haven't made even a single attempt to deliver the product as it never reached my location. When contacting again with customer care to reopen my order they denied to do so stating that it is against the norms. What type of norms do flipkart follow, because of your logistic team's fault why should a customer suffer. Even I asked multiple times to allow me to self collect as it was in the nearest location earlier, you didn't allow me to do so. Is this the way you guys resolve customers' queries if it so then it is pathetic. The services portrayed by Flipkart is not at all professional, I'm really disappointed. Customer care executives ask me to reorder the same product. But why should I reorder it as it wasn't my fault at all, you failed to deliver it even asking for self collect you denied it. Now you expect me to pay extra money for the same product. Don't take customers for granted. Satisfying customer's needs should be your priority.

Reopen by order ASAP. I have already wasted by past 10days connecting with your customer care. Please reinstate the order ASAP that's all that I want from your side.

I received the parcel on 13.10.2021 and found a empty box. I was complaining from 13.10.2021 and my complaint no. is IN21101620205081185268, there was no reply from your site since 13.10.2021 to till now.

Your customer care person firstly misbehaved with Me and secondly the always keep my call on hold and disconnect the call from your site. I have request them several times to refund my amount but there is no response.

Sir, please do the needful and please refund my amount else I have to take legal action against flipkart.

Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,

This has reference to the non-delivery of ARROW Solid Men Polo Neck Blue T-Shirt on 3rd October 2021 (Order ID: OD123013552945407000).

Herein, I am confirming that I have not received the consignment after the complaint was raised with Flipkart Customer Support Team.

I had ordered an ARROW Solid Men Polo Neck Blue T-Shirt on 3rd October 2021 (Order ID: OD123013552945407000). On 10th October 2021 at 4:38 pm, I had received an SMS that the item was delivered to me, although actually it was not delivered to me. The courier guy from Delhivery did not even collect the OTP from me to deliver the item.

After that, I had contacted your team for help to resolve the issue. On 13th October 2021 at 9:06 am, I had received a call from Mr. K. Sonowal (Mo. No. +91-76698-37379) of ARM, Delhivery, Guwahati Office. After that call, I used to frequently communicate with him regarding the same. Recently, on 19th October 2021 at 4:01 pm, Mr. Sonowal had provided me the contact details of Centre Manager of Delhivery, Guwahati Office, viz., Mr. Pankaj Kalita (Mo. No. +91-70860-15548), Centre Assistant Manager of Delhivery, Guwahati Office, viz., Mr. Mantu Talukder (Mo. No. +91-97065-62373) and Delhivery Rider who was assigned to deliver the consignment, viz., Mr. Laba Kumar (Mo. No. +91-91016-29791). Interestingly, Mr. Pankaj Kalita and Mr. Mantu Talukder had informed me that they were unable to trace the consignment to be delivered, and will preferentially refund the cost of the same. On the other hand, Mr. Laba Kumar had informed me that he misplaced the consignment and was unable to deliver it.

The courier service provider is continuously giving a wrong update to your team that they had delivered the consignment.

Furthermore, please make a note of my contact number, +91-94363-34512 where I can be reached by your team between 9 am and 9 pm.

I am requesting you to resolve the issue asap and refund me the amount paid for the item.

I purchased more than 10 numbers of different plants & seeds. As these plants grow up it was all dirty forest plants which make me very upset. REALY CHEATED. I lost so much of money. My humble request is flipkart as a reputed online company must not deal with Nursery Nature Plant or such companies who cheat & fool people blindly.

Many time i ask about refund of mg product but flipkart not response about that. I got delivry of vu premium tv 55' but after 15 days i am not get services of demo and installation of product. Many time i compalin about that but my problem not solved. Every time i get new date of installation. But now i tired to get new date like this.

So i want refund and ask about that but i am not get any satisfaction result. Sorry to say but i am stuck because of buying this product on flipkart. I ask about permission about to open the tv booking and installation my self but in every my condition flikart agent not agree with me. So please give me refund and take away your product.

I have ordered agaro otg oven 9 LTR toster from flipkart on 1/10/21 the delivery date of order is 6/10/21 but they extend the delivery of the product is 12/10/21 , I am waiting for the product is 13/10/21 , flipkart extend the date day by day after all I have cancelled the order on 16/10/21 before delivery , I have complaint for cancel the order and get back amount soon in source account , customer service representative team asked wait for 7 working days for refund process.

Those also asked me to we escalate your case to higher department for this, No one take action against my order I'd OD122989927994022000

They asked me for my account no and I am sending my account no for return process, every time they asked me for wait 48hrs to 72 hrs, since the generated from 26/10/21 to till date but no result found by flipkart, I am mailing you all incidents and mail. I am waiting to my for your response.

Why you team not working on this order I'd OD122989927994022000 last 45 days.

Afterall no soulation found by flipkart.

So I complaint in consumer court for all this complaint no. 3055055, 3064892, 3084599

Please take action as soon as possible.

I ordered a phone but the phone has software problem when i used that phone it started getting hot then maybe there is some serious problem with the phone

had shared the same issue with your team but they are not solving my whole problem and disconnecting my call also and i got a notification from flipkart (will call you after 7 days).

Your team is not responding properly,

So I request you to kindly refund my amount and take your mobile back from me. Otherwise I will escalate this issue to the upper level and social media as well.

I order this on 28 March, delivery will be expected by 30 March, but still 10 days gone delivery was not done, i called customer care for that past 3days and there will no use, very bad experience, back end was never called me till now to give any solution, waste service of back end very worst.

I got damaged repaired and not working ealme 3ar buds. Trying to return it last six days but no solution provided by the Flipkart. I uploaded all information asked to me within time but two times after refund requested my request had been rejected. I trying to put the matter to upper of executive of flipkart but still not provided any solution. Hope this mail will help me because i lost 1599 valuable after order getting this product.

I have purchased celling fan of Polycab make on 19th march but due to different colors and design found in the blade, I was put request for replacement.

Flipkart accept the request and process it,but ekart delivery boy comes twice for pickup items but he deny to pick up the parcel and said that i want same product.how can i give same product,i have already written that the product which i was received was different colors,but ekart couldn't understand the matter and they can't pick.

Very rude behaviour by ekart and tell me that you can call Flipkart and tell them to do a mail to ekart logistics for replacement than we will do a replacement and i have call so many times in the Flipkart customer care but no one give proper answer and till today Flipkart can't send a mail to ekart logistics. Customer executive from Flipkart don't have proper solution and they were disconnected my call also so many times. I have call 80 times in the Flipkart for the solution but every time different customer executive handle the case and each and every time i have to explain whole matters.now i am fed up and going for different social media platforms.

Very very bad product of Poly cab celling fan and don't by Poly cab product and also from Flipkart also. Even yesterday Flipkart process for refund and told me that within 4 hrs we will pick up the product and refund initiated but no one can come for pick up so once again i call to the Flipkart and he cancelled the refund request without my concern.

All are requested to don't buy electrical items from Flipkart and don't prefer poly cab product also. Flipkart created fake seller and their ekart logistics are also have worst people.
