My boat headphone not a working.

I bought boat Bluetooth from Amazon 8.10.2020 but is in warranty Period. It is not working properly. Please guide me how can I replace same.

I deposited my rockers333 on 7th September at the service center of Prayagraj UP in warranty period my ticket no 3352210 But my product is not received till date. The bot company has lost its credibility now, it fools its customers and takes money from them and also takes the product in the name of warranty... I hate such unbelief.

I do not get clear voice while using my earphone for calling.
