I buy boat Rockerz 335 on 11/07/2012... after few days my headphone is not working. then i apply for warranty on 09/08/2021 and i get this headphone today after warranty .. but i did not gate my headphone, this one is some others guys headphon. this is too old, and send it with the headphone box proper boat packgeing but it came in o plastic only. why this is happening. I want my Headphone.

I had register complaint against my boat rockerz 335 on 5th Aug 2021 and your executive had collected product on 11th Aug. 2021 But still I didn’t received my boat. in the support portal showing that the the product will dispatch and u will get it in 5 business day and that status was updated on 24 aug. but still i didn't receive my product
