I have raised a complaint on 24th December 2020 till now not is no update on my complaint. I have tried several times to customer care but there is no solution on my complaint. My complaint no: 1870141(Ticket no).

I was told that i will get my replacement with in 7days but its more than 40 days.

मेरे बेटे सौरभ कुमार ने फिलिपकार्ट कंपनी के माध्यम से 6 अगस्त, 2020 को boAt Aavante Bar 2000 160W Bluetooth Soundbar( Model No. FSN: ACCFE5HS2YP2ZZBE, HSN/ SAC: 85182100) ऑर्डर दिया था। जोकि हमें एक सप्ताह के भीतर मिल गया। लेकिन कुछ दिन बाद उसकी बेस खराब हाे गई, तो हमने कंपनी को बताया, तो काफी बार कॉल करने पर 11 दिसंबर, 2020 के एक मैकेनिक कंपनी द्वारा भेजा गया, लेकिन वह भी यह कह कर चला गया, कि जो इस स्पीकर की बेस खराब है, वह मंगवानी पड़ेगी और शीघ्र ही डाल दी जाएगी, लेकिन चार माह बीत जाने के बावजूद भी कंपनी की तरफ से कोई भी मैकेनिक नहीं आया और बार-बार कॉल करने पर भी कोई रिस्पांस नहीं मिल रहा है। थक-हार कर मेरे द्वारा आज इंडिया कंज्यूमर कोर्ट में शिकायत दर्ज करवानी पड़ी। जिसका नंबर 2661452 है। अत: शीघ्र ही इन स्पीकर को ठीक करवाया जाए या मेरे पूरे पैसे ब्याज सहित लौटाए जाएं।

If the left side airdrops of Boat Airdrops 401 do not work, how to get a 1 year warranty?

Warranty was of one year but it stop working in the warranty period.

I ordered it on 17th oct 2020 on flipkart and delivered on 27th oct 2020..
On this day today 9th may 2021 may headphone right band is broken... And i can't use it properly. If i use it once more it will totally broken so i can't use it anymore...not only that its warranty is 1 year and its not over. So I have right to replacement or repair on my product. I kindly request you to replace or repair my product asap.

I ordered boat rockers 255pro and It's left side stopped working. so I registered a complaint and on 27th of April 2021. The delivery boy from express bees took my product and on 6th may a mail comes that sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and if the problem with your device still persists please click yes or no...... After replacement i got old edition of boat airdopes 402 but i gave new edition of boat airdopes 402
I am not satisfying this old edition bcoz it is usb type charging & doesn't have instant waken pair & sound quality is not good as much as new edition of boat airdopes 402. After using 1hr ears was paining. So plz solve my issue immediately to the boat team.
