I have brought the Lloyd split AC no.LS 12132EV on dated 28-Jan. But it is not working from day one. We called on helpline three times but it was just a waste of time. As no body is bothered about the complaint. In first complaint we requested executive(helpline) to sent technician at 6 pm as we both are working they said that technician will come at 6:00 pm and he called us at same time and & confirmed the address only, than he switched off his cell without informing us whether he will come today or not.

Than again we raised the complaint in the morning and confirm what is the status of our complaint helpline executive has no answer. We told executive that we are going to out of station for three days and we need visit today on urgent basis but still it was just waste of time and money . Than we contact to the dealer he sent his technician and he confirmed us that for Lloyd AC daily he is getting the same complaint that it is not cooling. We asked him to replace the motor he said it will not impact on cooling as motor capacity is very low (manufacturing defect).

We cross checked with the two technician whether it is issue of gas leakage but he refused and said it ok. But on 3-Jun company Lloyd technician visited and said that it is not working because of gas leakage. Everybody is giving different statement and making fool of us. Company technician said that we are not aware that when you will get the approval to put GAS in you AC.

This is really very pathetic service you are giving to your customers. We need proper solution otherwise will take action against this.

Your service is not good, facing ac problem from 20 days if i ask about cash memo of any product & bill of any survive they not provide the they say first give cash then technician will give survive without any bill one tech come he check motor problem. That time also he take cash 400. And no record again come again money. So I m not interested in your ac and take your ac back to company and the problem was arise by.mediator. Good survive means Lloyd to customer not by mediator. So solve my problem. In Bihar Patna there are many type of ghotla only ghotla so solve problem with cash memo. I have complained twice. First time the engineer came told to check the voltage of the house and left. When checked the voltage it was found to be proper so I took the pain of complaining again. Second time the engineer came and took ac after two days he called me there is a problem in PCB but when i called that engineer he is not giving proper answer to me its almost one month please solve my problem as soon as possible i am very disappointed.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased 1.5-ton window AC from your seller Mr. Arora, Marris Road, Aligarh (U.P) in 2018. The AC was stuck up last week, and I reached out to your authorized Lloyd Service Centre. After much pursuance, the service team has arrived and taken the AC to the Service Centre. After two days they billed us Rs:4500/, received the money in cash and claimed they had rectified the snag of the AC. But to our dismay, the problem was not rectified, the AC is not functioning at all. The old problem is very much there. Your service centre boys also witnessed that AC was not running and left the house in a hurry with a promise that they would send another technician to check the problem. Know the serviceman Jeetu is not picking up the phone. In this hot summer, we are unnecessarily suffering due to the unprofessional attitude of your Aligarh Service Centre. Kindly make a note of it, and issue necessary instruction.

I have purchased the Lloyd TV from your authorized dealer Last year. Bubbles appears on the screen. A complaint was registered approximately two weak. One person of your company visited our home and check the TV and. He told, that their is some problem in panel and need it to be changed and also assure that your complaint will be resolve within 10 days. two week has been passed no any action/Proper Response has been received from the company. I am having trouble with my recently purchased LLoyd Inverter AC. The AC was diagnosed by your technical team few months back and it was an off season we couldn't use the AC. Now when the time to use the AC has come it is again in dead condition. i have been trying to contact you on the toll free number since March, 2020. in response i was told that

Dear customer due to the recent outbreak of COVID19, we are temporarily suspending our call centres and other operations.

but now the lockdown has been uplifted in my area from 7 am to 7pm. and your technical support can easily visit in between the prescribed time. it is very hard to spend a day at home in this hot summer. i am very disappointed by your product and after sales services. i am requesting you to kindly send you man at the earliest possible time either to repair my AC or take this piece of shitt, because i am tired of complaining again and again and getting this AC diagnosed again.

PURE DISAPPOINTMENT

I hope you will send you man at the earliest possible and release me from this hot weather.

Very Worst and Bad Experience. I have purchased a LLoyd Split AC. From day one its not working properly and no one listen and take care of my Complaint. They just circulate my complaint from one person to another. Really fed up with LLoyd and also it also very Disappointed. Will never suggest and buy Lloyd in Future. Lloyd company never cares about their customer... technician call me nd says i will not come to resolve your problem.... very very rudeness with customer.

It is to state that despite regular complaints via email and regular communication via emails for my Llyod AC product, there is no solution to my complaint/issue. Issue is that before lockdown I have talked to Vishwas Service situated at Sonipat, they assure to do service in march 2020. But they did not call for service. When I called them they said to come within a week but suddenly a lockdown occurs. During Lockdown it was now not possible but after unlock 1.0 I tried customer care, which assured a call back, but there were no calls back and no response from the service department. I again called Vishwas Service Centre, they told me to call the service centre again and I tried again but did not provide any means of communication. When I had no option or any means to contact your customer service, I finally decided to register a complaint via email and mailed a mail on 27.06.2020 at the email id PerfectService @lloydmail.com. But they also failed to help me. They provided a no. of whatsapp to register my name and other details. I did the same. A call came from Vishwas Service but they demanded money instead of free service pending. When I tried to state to him that I have registered my complaint before 30th June and I'm Eligible for free service then he misbehaved. After several communication, I got to talk with the so -called Area Manager of Sonipat but he also failed to solve the issue and he is not taking my calls and messages. Is this not the behaviour like sell and leave the customer, like once a customer is fooled then the purpose of the company is done now no matter what happens?

I hope a well educated management team will talk about solving the issue.

Since last 45 days i am continuously making the reminder of my complain no 2706205458163 dt on 27th jun 2020. Yesterday on 10th Aug 2020 i had again call to customer care for my complain but they said that they have cancel the complain as per there service team which said that there warehouse dont have display panel and said they cannot do anything now as there is no complain of your TV. I have mail six time on
perfectservice @lloydmail.com but there is no response or reply. Every time i call to customer care they said your mail has been received but service team can only reply. As customer care dont have any contact number they are unable to provide me. This is rarely the bad experience i had received. @lloydmail.com but there is no response or reply.

I am also sending the mail which i had forwared.

Today also i have spoken to you toll free number which has said me to mail for quite reply on perfectservice @llyodmail.com.

But since 26th july 2020 i am repeatedly mailing and calling to you customer care without any response from your end. May i know when my display panel will be arranged as per prakash who has visited and informed to me of warranty part one month back.

As per last mail this is TV issue is more than 4 month old since first time complain on 6th april 2020 on lock down. but since then its more than two month the unlock has been impossible.

Every time after spoken with customer care number they send the SMS of
''Dear Mr. ajay patel, we regret for the inconvenience caused. Your service request 2706205458163 has been escalated to concerned executive." Do you all know the meaning of the sentence which are you sending or this the only way of working?

Its Rarely filing shame of the llyod team which are only good at the sales and worst at the service.

I hope this time at least some will take its seriously

On 4th and 5th Aug 2020 i had spoken to customer care but like me they are also unkown of the missing service team. The customer care don't have any contact of the service team or there manager or they dont want to inform me.This is the reminder for the complaint which is pending since first time complain more than a 4 month and more than 1 month since last compain no 2706205458163 on 27th june 2020 which is showing work initiated.

What kind of work initiated is also unknown to customer care as they are unreachable to the service team. Only they are sending the same SMS which they have already sent.

Kindly send when my complaint will be resolved by you.

yesterday on 7th aug 2020 i had again called the toll free number for my complaint status. The guy promised that the area manager or some senior person will call at the end of the day.

But since 26th july 2020 i am getting the same statement from the call centre without any reply from the service team.

Could some person who is reading this mail or reply i request you to send the responsible area manager number or some senior service person who is handling the complaint.

Or you can also share your CEO number who is the last responsible person of your organization.

It's hard for me to believe that we are unable to communicate with each other in this pandemic wherever the work has been started since more than 2 month. Llyod customer care has been working since 2 month without any support from you (Service centre).

Now the time has come on behalf of you (service team) careless LLyod need to suffer.

We have one AC outdoor unit complaint booked and ID no is 1910206780197.

Technician visited and said, board to be replaced, We said and agreed to proceed and ask him to replace. Local service center is asking advance payment for the parts replacement and which we said we will pay after replacement/

Local service center not agreed and asking for the advance payment which not correct . Please inform service center to rectify the complaint with necessary parts and we will pay the payment once the job is completed.

Maine apna loyad ac 2019 last month mein purchase kiya tha. one season chalane ke baad usme har saal coil leakage, gas leakage ki samasya aa rahee hai. pichhale 1 maheene ke andar do se teen baar complaint karane par engineer ne aakar coil leakage ke problem bataie hai. lekin lamba samay beet jaane ke baad bhee coil change nahi hue hai. service engineer ka kahana hai ki covid-19 ke karan company ka samaan nahin aa pa raha hai lekin is dauraan custuomer ko bahut problem ho rahi hai. Mera ac abhi under warranty me hai lekin warranty me hone ke baad bhi service dealer gas charge, service charge any charge ka paisa wasula ja raha hai. lekin proparly ac ke andar acha samaan na daalkar use thik nahin kiya ja raha. Main Lloyd ke service or lloyd product se santust nahi hu. krpaya aur customer ko bhi jaagarook karana chahata hu Lloyd ke product ko soch samajh kar le.

Sir, my lloyd ac is under warranty but this service is not good no solution. my ac on 4 days this contracter is not good. please dismiss this company.

Really bad service and booked complaint in your customer care on 15th Aug. Still now no proper reply from your team. Under warranty item service, they are taking 9 days. It shows how poor your service operation strategy. I literally calling customer care, your Chennai service center people. But no one replying and resolving the issue. Really bad service and pls guide me further steps to return the unit.. Since its affect my mental peace and health. since i spent 35000 around 1 1/2 years ago.. From day one i am facuing service support from your team. My current request number which is raised in havells app is Ref15082216430437 raised on 16th Aug 2022.

have purchased LLOYD AC and registered for AC Installation with reference. I have received a call from your service agent for AC Installation saying that they will come today in evening hours. When I called him at 1730 h he refused to come and behaved very badly and I want to register the complaint against him for his unprofessional behavior and bad attitude.

I bought a one ton split Lloyd's AC(SL NO. 87MAG0D0GUWU3) on 11th April 2023 from Kamarhati Great Eastern. The ISHIKA service center was installed on 14th April 2023 and the ISHIKA service center opened the AC for the first time and saw that the lead of the swing blade of AC was broken. Then we asked Ishika service center to arrange it for replacement but the technician assured us that they will only change the lead which they did AFTER A MONTH . Again on 31st July the AC stopped suddenly while in motion, after we reported it to customer care(JOB ID: 31072323518681), customer care forwarded it to Ishika service center. On 31st July technician was sent and he said that the PCB board of the indoor unit is DAMAGED and it will be replaced soon. Today 11th August we sent a technician from Ishika and a new PCB board was sent but that board is not connecting or making any connection.

Since buying this AC(four month old) , me and my family (including a 2 year old baby) have been suffering so many problems that we are requesting the company to replace this old AC and give us a new AC.

Hope Havells Company will keep this request of mine and see that I and my family do not suffer further, so that there will be a good relationship between us and the company.

Very Bad Experience. I purchased a LLoyd 1.5 ton window AC IN 2022. Now there is gas leakage problem in the AC and cooling impact is very low. I complaint on 0804575666 and received a call from Havell’s agency service center. The technician who called me up was highly rude in talking. Even he told that “No trust in Lloyd, the problem may happen any time.” After that I talked two times on 0804575666 but no action was taken to resolve my problem. It is very Disappointing. Can Lloyd company give an attention to my problem?
