It's not a matter of apology to me,you didn't keep your commitment to me nor solved the problem even after i called multiple times at the customer care. you are not selling the object without money. Its not free service. you should stop your brand since you r now failing to provide service.i have bought many things from this site so i am a regular customer of the site providing you with business scope. since you are being late in my order delivery so u should provide me compensation for the late

I had ordered mattress but i received a damaged product on 20/10/2019 and on 21/10/2019 return request was approved by flipkart but till date no one has came to me for pickup. today is again date of pickup but till now no one has called me to pickup.

I ordered a 2 measurement cups ,but I get only one item and pay the two items.That time I refund the other one but the pickup man say you got item give me. So now I have no items in my hand and my money was missing. One item cost 136 I pay the 272 of the two item. I humbly request you to please send me the money or the two items. You don't replay I complaint the consumer court.

Actually i order a product 26th November 2019 Tuesday,from Flipkart( iFFALCON by TCL AI Powered K31 125.73cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with HDR 10 (50K31) & my Product Id is OD117160870798476000.So when wish master visit to my place to deliver product, the packaging outer box was damaged & inner product fully led tv screening was broken & cracked.When technician visit to my place 1th December 2019 sunday for demo session.When Technicion open the box he find out faulty damage & Screen Broken product.he try to make a complaint & click many picture of product outer & inner side & sent to you that time.I also try to complaint many times & but ekart logistic not ready to pickup the product & Don’t agree replace the product.Also technician do verified it 6th December 2019 Friday.So I am tried now & so I can’t wait right now.So I want refund my money right now or otherwise I need replace the product as soon as possible today.Actually your policy & Rules so much slow & Third class.I don’t want to connect again with Flipkart.Already 15 days gone.So I can’t wait now.So do faster process now.

I have bought mi 6 pro mobile from the flipkart from axis credit card then there was 10% cashback policy , I waited for cashback but when I called customer and complain they say there was no any cashback was on the mobile , I told why I should buy from flipkart if it was available on MI site. they not given me cashback. I want by cashback at any cost.

From the past 2 month I am suffering with the issue related to my washing machine ,On 5/ 12/2019 I have order ifb washing machine which was delivered on 16 /12/2019 . technician visited on 18/12 /2019 .after opening the package , material was in broken condition. After that flipkart say the material will be refunded. Again on 26/12/2019 it was observed that no one has came to pick up the material. after enquiry it came to know the material has been automatically cancelled by flipkart. They said that seller done that. then again the return was not accepted and replacement was done by courier person was unable to pick the materials. After long time replacement done but again you can check Flipkart person has done the conversation with technician they came to know the accessories not came properly. Now the problem is that because of mess I can't replacement it. I required solutions to change the mess without whole replacement of material. Please give me compensation regarding delay, not supply of proper material.

Case History In Details:

I’ve bought this product OD116185821869743000 [Flipkart SmartBuy FKSBRHQR Quartz Room Heater] on 5th August 2019. It was delivered on 8th August 2019. It stopped working in Mid-December(As in Bangalore you don’t use Room heater before December).

I logged complaint during mid-December as it was in “1 Year Limited Domestic Brand Warranty”. Flipkart Customer Care executive requested me to Drop the product in JEEVES CONSUMER SERVICES PVT LTD. [Jeeves consumer services,L.169,6th Sector,5th main,HSR Layout,LandMark: Next to Janani Travels-,Bangalore-560102. 560102 9620233355]. I personally went and dropped the product at Jeeves HSR Layout Service Center on 12/30/2019 12:18:46 PM. I have spent approximately Rs500 on Cab to drop the product. Though it was a planned drop of the product, and I have taken a prior appointment before visiting the center, Still they made me to wait for two and half hours just to receive the order.

Jeeves Eecutive asked me to leave and also told me that they will update me over telephone. When I asked for Job-sheet they were reluctant, but when I insisted they handed over. After few days they informed that they are unable to repair it and said they will process for replacement. After two days when I enquired again, they said they are unable to process the replacement of the product, as they don’t have any product in the inventory.

They confirmed that they will refund the money.

After a weeks time one delivery person came to my office for the product pick-up. But the product is with Jeeves. Jeeves executive refused to hand-over the product to me as according to them: they have initiated the refund. After that there were numerous complaints for the refund. But still I’ve not received the refund. Finally, I spoke to Smart-buy customer care executive Ragini(17:08 PM on 27th January 2020).

Ragini promised me that the money will be refunded in 5 working days. I hope you will stick to the words this time.

Grievance:

Being a Flipkart-plus customer, I had to suffer so much. I feel cheated at this point. Sorry to say so, but I could clearly see that there is loop-hole in your process and quality of service is pathetic. I just can’t understand why you are taking so much time to resolve this simple issue. Please stop harrasing me and process my refund.

I am your regular costumer, and check my previous purchase details and payment details once. Have you ever got delayed in the last payment?

I do all online shopping from Flipkart. Apart from Flipkart, I do not shop from any other online site. Because of my previous payment record being correct, you have provided me a credit limit of 3000.

The bill that has been prepared now, due to the late payment, my work payment has not been done since last 2 months. Therefore, I have not been able to pay this bill yet. I will pay your outstanding bill as soon as I get paid.

But after this, I will never do online shopping from Filpkart.

You do not understand the problem of your regular costumer and threaten legal action over it. I have been heartened by this thing.

I have ordered a laptop on 10th of May through flipkart page on facebook. The amount of laptop showed after discount was 1,499 rs. But, the final transaction made was of 1,999 rs. I have made an online payment. The item has to be received today i.e 12th of May. But once the transaction was made i did not receive any confirmation from flipkart, my order shows empty. I would request you to look into this issue as soon as possible. It would be helpful if you could refund my money back.

But when i opened d parcel the bottle is completely damaged and bottle is in very bad condition and all the perfume came out and only little perfume available in the bottle. I paid Rs.749.
