Amazon app se washing machine order ki gai thi jiski delivery date 1 November thi jo us tarik par nahi aai. hamne amazon shoPping app pr customer service pr bahut baar baat bhi ki unhone hame asantust javab diya or dilasa dete rahe ki aapki washing machine aa jayegi. 5 november ko company ne use khud hi return kr liya hamare dvara iska payment online kiya gya tha or hame is karan bahut hi paresani hui he ham iske liye compensation chahiye.

On 9 of november i ordered spare part of mobile of micromax canvas infinity HS2 touch glass and display combo from amazon.

Today i received my item which is 3 days before estimation date. When i opened the seal of packet which is lacked white rap of amazon printed polythene. I found the item is damaged, used item, and broken. When i checked the item and packet properly, i didn't found the small broken parts of mobile. Which made to this conclusion that the damaged item is intentionally packed and delivered to me. Please sort out my problem because i have already paid the amount. I request to amazon help center to call me immediately and solve my problem.

i complaint bank but bank manager application le ke rakh liya and bole tomorrow (kal) akar complaint id le lena. Bhaut bolne par bole 7:pm ke bad complaint id dege and complaint id nahi diye. Yeh central bank,branch:-harpur hardas me 22/11/2019 ko hua hai please apse anurodh hai ki ispar aap karai kare.

I got a broken piece i want to replace my piece huda bb eyes hadow palette.

After playing with yonex Badminton shoe it's sole got torn within a month. It's very bad that amazon is having duplicate products. A strict action should be taken and I should get my product replaced.

Hi,

I have ordered a product that was marked as delivered on 25th of Nov 2019. However, it was not delivered . I raised my concern in 25th itself and was assured by the customer executive that it will be delivered by 26th November but it wasn't. Again I called back on 26th of Nov and got the same response that it will be delivered on 27th November definitely by special delivery team. But it hasn't been delivered yet. And now I am being informed that the product has been misplaced.

First of all Amazon hasn't delivered my product and lost my trust. Now your customer care executives have shown unprofessional attitude.
Specially the seniors Divya and Priya. Divya was least concern in my problem while Priya was in such a attitude that she was talking in a high pitch. As if this is the way to deal with customers. I want to escalate all the customer executives who have misguided me and wasted my time. I specifically want to escalate Priya.

Please let me know in written what action has been taken for the delivery of my product as well as the unprofessional attitude of the executives.

Sir, I have Order Maxirich Multivitamin softgel Qty. 60 on 28-11-2019. Delivery was entrusted through ECOM. EXPRESS.On 09-12-2019 at about 18:10 PM a representative from ECOM.came to my house for delivery the item and contacted me through his Mobile No.91 8046801387.I attended him but he could not find the item in his bag and told me he will come back within 10 minutes with the item I ordered. But after 18:21 PM I got messaged that I requested to deliver some other day, which is correct.I never said deliver some other day. This matter I also brought to Notice of ECOM.EXPRESS Tele No.8376888888 who given time for 24 hours to investigate the matter. Submitted for your further action.

Hi, i am dilber sigh rawat, i want inform you i am not happy with your customer executive service. because i had return one product and after that i had talk your customer executive; I want refund my money in my card he was saying ok i will do but after that he send my money in my amazon pay. i am very said i had told many time i want money in my card & after that again call today. your customer executive with talk she is name nandani she is saying i cant help you.after that i want talk your senior she is saying this time my senior not available here so you cant talk with my senior i am very said. because my family member & me old customer. please solve my problem as soon as possible humble request.
