We tried to purchase mobile phone and amazon deducted money from bank account. It said that payment failed and refund will be made shortly but we are not getting refund. Plz help us with the refund amount Rs11499/-.

I ordered rudrprayag anarkali gown from Amazon but I got a different item from company. I try to refund many time but there is no any response from Amazon. I can't believe this one that Amazon can do this types of cheating with costmer.

I received damaged lipstick. It worth of approx 500...but there is no option for return. I received it damaged. so I request you to put return option to return the lipstick.

I received wrong (different) product. Jockey underwear. I want the one which is had ordered else refund the money. You are not doing a good job.

As per your order no.403 9423876 6973937 dt. 08/06/2020 books written by Poornachandra Tejaswi (full books) for Rs. 7500/=. On recept of the parcel I noticed that One book (Brahannale somuvina swagatha lahari & itare kategalu) & 4 DVD-three movies & one documentary was not received. But I received 10 books of Milenium series (2,3,5,6,10,12,13,13,14 &16) which is not required to me. please verify and send the balance book & DVDs take back the extra book sent by the seller.

A wrong item should delivered to me and also the item which is delivered to me is damaged.

मैने एक oil pourer 319 रु में खरीदा था किंतु इसका छेद 2 होने के कारण return request किया था किंतु कही दिन गुजर जाने के बाद भी कोई pickup करने नही आया। इस बारे में मैं कई बार सूचना दे चुका हूं। किंतु मेरा issue का समाधान नही किया गया।

Sir/ma'am my product delivered to me was only 5 brand boxes..the main content was missing. order I'd is 408-3174274-9858711. I'm quite quite worried about this issue.I never expected this from that type of e-commerce site. please resolve it ASAP.

I had ordered something worth Rs10K that needed to be returned. The think did not come with a price tag when delivered . But amazon’s return service/ software system make price tag mandatory. We have so far logged 6 different requests . But none of them did pick up the item.

I think Amazon India has the lousiest customer service ever in the history of ecommerce. Here are the reasons why I think that way.

The only mode of communicating your issues is chatting or calling the same chat person. The people employed for this are not knowledgeable, provide false information or are fraudulent. They will mislead with false promises. The only term frequently used is ‘Dont worry’ . haha :)

Amazon.in does not provide any actual email id for returns or responses. there are couple of emails that I got searching online like cs-reply and return@amazon.in. But none of them are responsive. One can only expect automated replies.

Their return pick up system is the lousiest piece of all. Most of amazon items will not have a price tag or individual bar code. But the app that the pick up guy (agent ) uses has that as a mandatory requirement.

Amazon is not satisfactory...after purchasing a lot of things worth 50 60 k there is no gift card or supercoins or points like flipkart and myntra. So those are better than Amazon.

I have purchased two items from amazon but both came different from what i have ordered for and one product is damaged. so i want to return it and want my refund back.

I got wrong product and it was reverse picked-up by your vendor but status is showing as pickup canceled. I am following up with customer care for more than 20 days but they are keep telling me that there is not ticket created for this issue and they are created one but same statement comes when i call again. Seems like customer care representatives are not logging any tickets and fooling me. Can you please do the needful. my order number is 403-0310255-9261954

I ordered LG smart Led tv 55 inch through amazon and they sent me the worst thing ever they can send.
They didnt even send the tv.. just sent a panel of duplicate tv.. i didnt expect this.. and now they are not taking return. By seeing this experience i will never order electronics from amazon ever.

This is very bad experience form amazon company. One item I have ordered on 13th april and first delivery date was on 23rd april. The delivery agent number was provided me as 8061914615 I have contact them several time.. And they told me that item will delivery r at the end of the day. But they refuse me to deliver in my address after that in order section they updated delivery attempted. Again 26th april they send me the message for deliver but same thing they have done from me. The delivery agent agency is ecom express... So see how they are bad to the customers. I have their records conversation also available. How they are denying... And system false record updating.... It is request to amazon please take any action to this 3rd party company other wise we can blame to fault of amazon company. Because we by product from Amazon company not from ecom express.
