I have sent my Boat rockerz 261 red headset on 27th May 2019 through Expressbees courier , My complaint id is 305774 and the shipping ID is 2385119254903. The device has received at Mumbai service center on 3rd June, However, since then I haven't got any update from the service center, I tried to call at the given number and the shipping team has informed me that they have dropped the device on 3rd June as per the tracking details showing and told me to contact with the service center, However I could not reach any of your number which I have found from the email I have got. Please let me know the status of my device and send it back to me . If you can't honor my warranty of the device, I will go to third party service center or will buy a new one and will share your service feedback on each and ever social media portal. I am really frustrated now as it's been a long time. I am sharing the invoice of my Bluetooth headset below if it's help you, Please reply my email soon.

I have also sent my boat airdopes 451 and still I haven't received any mail or message nor I'm able to reach any phone number.. I'm really frustrated too. I'm thinking of registering a complaint on consumer forums.

Same problem. They are just fraud. Waranty is just for name. They will not return your product. Fraud company. I tried to cll the company but they just did not pick my call.. If they don't want to provide us waranty facility so why are they showing it. Fraud company.

I bought boat earphone through online but after 1 week its not working.......so how can i replaced my boat earphone.

Sir my token number is 365166 the product has been received to the service center on 13 july 2019 and there is no notification and further details about my product. The problem in my isb cable is the pin became very loose so i claim the warranty But from the company side there is no updates and results about my product .
So kindly please send my product as soon as possible.

Concerned person,

I filed a complaint for my product "BOAT ROCKERZ 255", ticket number - 407758 on August 2nd 2019 which was picked up for the exchange/repair on August 3rd 2019. I have been trying to reach customer care but most of the time I'm ending up getting no response or no results on that complaint. I've been hearing "your product will be dispatched with in 2 days" from past 1 week. And i just had word with one of your customer care executive again, and got to hear the same thing.

This has been my worst customer care experience. I want my product exchanged/repaired within 2 days or the refund.] Else I will have to take legal action against this as this taking more than the expected and guaranteed time.

This was not at all expected form a brand like BOAT!

Iam complaint my boat Rockerz 255 product in ur complaint registration cell.expressbee courier guy was taken and give me a online based acknowledgement in 19th August.Then through onwords service center replay a message received ur product and give a ticket number :-453986 in 23 rd August. Ican contact service center they have to replace ur product and sent to u your given address, icant received my product likely 12th September.please solve my product issue as early as possible.

To whomever it may concern,

I ordered a speaker from boat but then it was not working properly so i send it to customer service for repair. And they told me that they will send back the product in about 15 days. And now it's almost 2 months and I haven't got my speaker back neither I have any updates.

So it's my request to boat to please send me my product back. I have limit to my patience. Dont force me to take other step. My ticket no. Is 451843. Kindly contact me asap.

Dear Team,

I registered complaint regarding my earphones on 29th Aug then courier boy picked the earphones in the next day but still no revert from your side.

My ticket number 493155, even uncalled up many times in customer care but still no one picking the call .But Yesterday I had word with the customer care and she said earphones has been dispatched but when I checked the status of my complaint it's not showing.

It has been 20 days but still no updation from your side. I want my earphones asap.I am highly dissatisfied from the services , this is the first time when i watch these kind of the worst services.

No One Picked Up the Customer Care Number, I Sent the Mail Many Times to the Customer and No One Give the Revert On the Mail.

A product named boat 255 F Bluetooth earphone had delivered to the courier boy i had not got any updates that when and in which date i will get it back and the customer care centre also not responding to any calls of mine pliz give some alternate ways to contact with your people to get any updates about the product. I delivered on 10th Sept and till date i am not getting any updates. So, plzz solve my problem.

The device has received at Mumbai service center on 17 Sept, at last they told me in 4 working days u will get updated about ur product.but now more than15 days complete but no response come for service center. I mail and call many time a day, not getting any information about it. Hi,

I registered a complaint regarding boat earphones not working and someone picked up my earphones for further process. It's been a 3 month of pick up but still no progress has been made. Customer care do not pick up the phone.Service is pathetic.

It seems boat is a fraud company where i bough a Boat Power bank and it stopped working since 20th feb 2020. I have registered a complaint 998069 and it was picked up from me and they have provided me 2 AWB no. of Delhivery and neither till now the product has not been dispatched from their side. And now while checking in boat website by token no the details are not available . Such a fraud Indian company never seen. Its better to go for a Chinese product where service is good. To feeling guilty for purchasing.
