Today I revived this product, internal Philips carton box is damaged a side. But the outer packing is good excellent. This clearly tells me while packing itself the box is like that they why this piece is packing to customer.

QUESTION - I'm paying money without any shortage then why I'm getting product like this ?
Will Flipkart takes home a product like this by paying money ?

First time When I did cancelled then at that time you accepted for return and refund then why you did you cancel my return and refund and converted in replacement without confirming me on 5th Jun.Your seller does not have any sense.I am surprised how has he registered in Flipkart. why you and your seller is not understanding my problem.Product quality is not good then why your seller sending me again as a replacement .. only you and your seller are creating disturbing me.

The customer care executive told me wrong information and once my order is cancelled.But l am ordering the same order it didn't reached yet. Customer care executive is playing with me and told me your order is delivered today, tomorrow.but yet my order is not delivered.l am calling the help centre 30 times and more but no one helping me. When my order is delivered to me please tell me the truth. 2 times more l have been cheated from flipkart . This is the most fake able application. I am don't want to buy more to this fake company. This company has cheated of all customer. The very bad and wrist impretion from flipkart. Not choose this wrong path again. The god please save me this cheated company.

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have placed an order of Vivo V9 Plus 28th May 2019 and the amount of Rs. 1799 (Rupees One thousand seven hundred ninety nine) has been deducted from my Bank Account instantly. I have the Order ID : 20190528 1602280058, Transaction Id Txn # 582250 and bank card number 5103720439482199 also. But still now I am waiting for the product. The Product has not reached in my address.

I am requesting you to either send me the product in the given address or Transfer the Money to my Bank Account. I am sending the Proof of documents and the transaction details also. If you do not take steps then I will take LEGAL action against your company.

I have ordered an Marq product on Flipkart 20 days bacl and got the Product delivered on 3JUNE2019. Installation was supposed to be done in 2 days after delivery. but no one from Flipkart or their service team called us to inform us of any delays. after contacting them several times . I contacted them on the day of promised installation date, only to be informed that it will be installed by another date. now even the date of return of product is passed and i believe this online retailer is committing fraud by promising false promises and not delivering what is promised.
Yet installation is pending.

And already i have purchased 2 more Marq products but i am afraid about service . And i want to return all marq products .

I purchase philips trimmer 3221/15 on flipkart . And its amount is 1840 , this product received me on 20 June 2019 And it's condition totally poor and charger and warranty card both are missing. and box label also used for another person detail so flipkart gave me a used product with poor condition and poor packaging.

Dear MI and Flipkart, Recently I was purchased MI Redmi 7 pro phone from flipkart and within in one week problem seen in my phone. When we received watsup face calling my screen not shown and secondly camera was blear than I was complaint to your Flipkart, after one week one person came in my office and check the problem and said your problem was not resolved and your phone will replace with new one. After two days my phone was replaced with new one. Again I was open new phone which w as delivered by your person. On next day when whatsapp calling came again same problem persist in my phone, secondly phone was automatically off three time, thirdly problem in touch we cannot open with finger touch, fourthly automatically screen was change and fifth signal automatically was gone.

Again on 12/7/2019 your one executive came for inspection of my phone, when he came I said please check the problem which I was facing, he said first I was format your phone then I will check again I said please check my phone before format. Your executive said it was not come in my sop so we cannot check before format, but when he not agreed than I said go head for format the phone. After format the phone problem was not persist in my phone. Your executive writes in her feedback that my phone is working fine and executive go back after compliance of phone testing. After 1 hour problem again persist in my phone again I called the executive which was came before one hour they said now your file is closed your phone is ok and I were given the report in FLIPKART so you will call to FLIPKART OR MI centre and said I will not help you in this regards.

This type of product you were delivered in market and I will definitely share my concern on the social media website and his complaint is against the product. I have been repeatedly following up with your customer care as well as Maruti MI store; however no proactive action is taken. I am writing this compliant due to a very bad experience with these guys and they really need to work around, Phone Purchase an the name of Sumit kaur with mobile number-9211134722.

I was buy a redmi note 7 pro the delivered item was electronic waste but I was replaced the next time delivered item was damaged mobile I was requested to return but they not accepted I was contacted to flipkart the net time they blocked my account.

This is my very irritated experience with Flipkart. No one check ordered product before delivery. And after getting different model product no one is coming for picking up the item. Only giving date after date. Guys we should not order by Flipkart.

I purchase a mobile on axis bank credit card EMI. The EMI amount was Rs.1561/-. But flipkarr deducted approx double amount of the EMI I.e 3180/- every month. Now the bank is saying that we given the amount of Rs.3180/- to flipkart and Flipkart is saying that we received only Rs.1561/-. Then where my excess amount went.Is there anyone who guide me in this case.

I had ordered a peter england shirt but i recieved a torn packet with a different brand and same tags i had asked for the return but the seller has cancelled it telling that i had done lot of returns but from that account i havent even done many returns even flipkart associates didnt help me .Its very bad situation where these people dont value your money and customer relationship.I need them to return this product and get my money refunded.

I bought a redmi note 7s mobile which was well delivered to me on 5/10/2019. I found its performance unsatisfactory. Now I want to get refund my money. But when I tried it, I could get option of replacement of the same product. There is no option to refund. But the product is so poor that I do not want to take this model again.

They are taking product to delivery more than 9 days. this is the way to deal with plus member. i order the product in 19th oct 2019 still date it not delivered. called customer they are telling that product will delivered on promise date. and if i buy any product it promise date is showing after 7 to 9 days in my address can any one help on this. where as in amazon i order product in same date it delivered with in 3 days, if this happen i will switch to amazon or any other app.

Recently my husband Zakir Hussain had purchased an oppo f11 mobile from your site. While using I found that the speaker of d mobile is not good , sometimes you can't even hear properly. When my husband made a complain ,the customer service had sent a technician boy. He came opened my mobile and closed it and told the problem has been solved. To my astonished is this the way you are treating your customer . What a nonsense idea? Even your customer service phone no is not working. Is this the service you are providing to the customer. It seems that your online shopping site has started cheating people and their money. It's an urged to take care of customer complaints and take necessary steps for their satisfaction. Once you lost the trust of customer you businesses will be lost.
