I purchased your vivo v1 handset and I am facing hanging problem it automatically switch off or restart. I gave handset in your service centre but problem will remain as it is. This is the 4th time I given in your service. Center pls give perfect solution this time or give me any good solution. please mail me or contact in 9071761097 /6 /5/4.

Your V5 Model is totally wasted for money & time. I purchase today this model & after few hours facing heat problem, & battery problem. Your marketing team was informed of this mobile. Is all a lie, you cheat us customers. tell me what i do? u r customer service so bad.

I have two mobile vivo y66 & vivo v5s, Very poor quality. Both vivo phone same issue

1. hanging problem
2. camera quality poor
3. hitting problem
4. display is gone
5. battery very fast consumption

Request you vivo team pls refund my payments as I am not satisfied this product.

My Vivo v5 mobile is cracked.. when I will replace my mobile display then the mobile is ok few days later my mobile is not often automatically off then I will charge my mobile but my phone is not open so are you going to Vivo service centre the service man told me the mobile mother both are attracted why is the possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is srinivasan .L from Tamil Nadu state and Chennai and i visited west Tambaram authorised vivo service centre which is open. I have asked for data cable but people were reluctant and strict in following the rules and i have called the customer care from there place and even customer care executive also spoke with the executive present in the service centre but people were very reluctant in not giving me the data cable. even after the advice from the customer care executive as i am being coming very far say about 70 kms to get this data cable but now i going without data cable and executive present over there were saying me to come tomorrow with the stipulated time mentioned in the site with very etc., i deeply regret the service provided by the vivo.

Funny why the customer care don't reply to our problems but leaves a relpy link for readers like me to comment.

It doesn't support 3D audio and equalizer. When I turned on equalizer msg pop-ups showing equalizer doesn't support to your device. Earphones are good but while playing games like pubg the sond comes same from bothe the earburds side. with my another device (honor) 3D audio is supported and while playing games it separate the sound, From left earburd to right. I want to know that it will fix with future update or what?

This is almost the end day of this year, so far we heard that vivo v11 pro will get update end of this year. But still no update and no official announcement yet. Its pathetic to us though I requst you that would u plz explain whenever vivo v11 pro will get up the update. Here I am from BD.
