I ve received. a broken product with a diiferent colour. I made a return request. The pick up boy came next day , saw the product but denied pick up saying its yellow but your order shows red. And the request got canceled. So the next day I made another request saying colour mismatch. But again its has been canceled without any reason. As per the policy I made the request twice within 7 day... after waiting a long when no one turned up for the pick up finally I made a call to flipkart & the call center people saying they can't help it anymore. And I have to use the broken product. Why? Kindly resolve asap.

A BIG THANKS TO FLIPKART, for having Refunded the entire cost of 13,999/-, which was purchased/delivered on 20th of June 2018, which had a defective phone. I sincerely thank the whole team of Flipkart for having Transferred the amount to my bank account. I am really sorry, for speaking a bit harsh over the phone.

Dear flipkart i order one mobile back cover on ur side but you cancelled my order and given the time of refund was 7th feb..but still the balance is not refund in my account...i already raised a complaint to ur customer services but still i have not received any resolution in ur side.

Order ID.:OD114855191469314000 is canceled by your delivery person. Reason is telling that address is wrong. But i already procured may i items in same address through flipkart.

Order ID.:OD114887412966234000 is doing delivery. Telling to collect from their office. But i procure this product for home delivery.

Your EKARTL courier service is very poor (or courier personals). Hopes you will make door delivery for this order OD114887412966234000

On Feb 18th I ordered the RedMi 6A Black ,32GB (Order number
OD114736520702565000) which has 6988 Rs. Unfortunately the item is returned and I didn’t get yet the amount 6988 Rs. to my account. It’s already taken too much time to refund the amount. So please refund the amount as early as possible. Please accept my complaint and reply me soon about my refund.

I just spoke with escalation team & her name was Anjan. She was like a parrot who was trained only to say it will get resolved sorry for the inconvenience that you are facing. I am a IT guy i earn enough money that i don't have to do some rubbish re-seller something what ''Naveen N '' have emailed me.

For me its like a disrespectful & i am feeling like how can anyone judge so easily. What calculations they are doing. I generally ignore these things but this is very disrespectful for me & i will going to escalate whatever platform i can search & even on Twitter i am going to write mt current situation.

Complaint id given by flipkart is IN1903272348263903557 (instant id). i purchase blackberry evolve worth rupees 16990 but they send me defective product. first sim is not working properly always call end multiple attend not not calling back to another phone. i rise the complaint they send technician but they can not resolving issue, and update fake status with remark resolving issue customer is happy now. i call back again flipkart executive they said me we resolving issue and take more day and day now i believe that flipkart is totally fraud and full with fake employees.

I ordered fitness band and got in return a headphone on 25th of March.After lodging the complaint flipkart team was to visit me (investigation )to verify the details of the complaint on 27th. No one showed up.After the schedule time a sms been forwarded to visit me on 28th. I called up customer care and wanted the status of the complaint. They told that on 4th of April they will deliver my ordered item and wrongly delivered stuff will be taken back.

I requested them to deliver it by 2 April as I will be out of station for a couple of days. No one will be at home also. Hearing my problem the customer care executive stuck to the recorded instruction as for the delivery date.At this point I need to mention that the mistake and the wrong delivery was from your side then also you are not flexible enough to solve the problem knowing the genuinity of the fact.I want a speedy resolution for the problem (2nd April ). If not possible take back your headphone and refund (1362 rupees). Looking forward for a quick response.

My mobile is overheating and the technician visited and said me to use the mobile in front of him for 10-15 mins and says that the mobile is not overheating. Now i have a screenshot of my phone that the temperature is too high of my phone after a use of 30 mins inside room temperature need help!!!

how do i connect u when ur any helpline number not working. i tried many times all helpline numbers but i cant connect with any executive. plz call me 8569804041.

I received vacuum Blackheads remover few minutes ago I opened it n the parts were missing and it was damaged too. i immediately called the delivery man and told him about it.i said I HV to complaint it on website. I did that but when I tried to contact customer care, no one directly attends call just give assurance to give me a callback in next 14min. After few minutes I received a text that they tried to contact me but I was not reachable but that was not correct I have been working on my phone all the time. This is unacceptable. If they declare refund in 24hrs then why is it taking to long to refund me if I complaint within next one hour of delivery. By tracking my refund I got to know that I will be refunded after 13april.

I had a very messy experience with Flipkart. On 9th day of April 2019 my TV reached the house. But after 10 days no anybody came for TV installation. Finally I called the private engineer and installed the TV. And I paid Rs. 850/-. Can you return me the installation charge? If this can possible then thank you,
Otherwise you will give me a bad experience.

Sir,
I have purchased REDMI Note 7 pro from flipkart on 17 th april,2019 and received on 20th of april. I have iniciated replacement on 30th april.

Phone is having the network issue , hanging and is Restarting automatically . I have tried to replace the phone on basis of same problem. But the technician who has visited said that , phone is not hanging in front of him , that mean it is Ok and is in working condition . But the phone is hanging randomly and is auto-restarting .

I have tried to contact customer care but receiving no proper response. I am enclosing the screen shot as a proof of network problem, while the screenshot or proof of hanging /auto-restarting is not possible to show. Kindly , look into the matter and please try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Mai ek TV Liya jo 2month ke andar khrab ho gya ab Mai kya karu sir ap batiya iffaclon company ka TV tha.

I ordered two glass water bottle from flipkart and they delivered only one bottle and i had paid for two bottles as the packet i recieved mentioned that it have two bottles.. its been over a week now and my issue is not being resolved and customer care executives are so dumb that they keep holding my phones for hours and not resolving my problem.. till now my issue is not resolved and i have already paid for one extra bottle which i have't recieved yet... really very disappointing.

Regarding my account not login i had already told that goods which i purchased that is for my personal used only

I had purchased for my closed family members only. Than also my account login issue not solved. Second issue my marq ac services. My product is on warranty period. From marq company end they are ready for replaced but because of my account blacklisted my replaced product as been stopped.

this second time that replacement as stop by flipkart on 29/5/2019. I requesting you kindly confirm with marq company so they can replaced my product.

they had given new date 2nd of june flipkart just giving only date last three times also same given date no resolution.

voice record also attach for the same. so what should i do i don't understand Already 20 to 25 days as passed for his issued. I am requesting you Kindly resolved my problem on urgent basis please.

I have order MI phone on your side Flipkart but inside the box phone was missing on 16 mai I told you are customer service at same day at evening but they have not given me proper solution till 28 after 28 I ask him what happened of my product they have reply we are working and closing on 1st June now I call the Flipkart they have say me you have lot of return request that's why we are not able to you to process your product return and say the product was received by you but I didn't receive the product inside the box so how can I complaint by the way I have received the product then how how can I call him everyday and asking give my product and givning mail revert the Flipkart service is lying giving me wrong updation every time. I take phone on EMI so how is going to pay?
