Hd channel suddenly stop
D2h services are very loose last two days d2h hd channel suddenly not open without any information. Please look in to other wise stop the D2H connection.

Service NOT good at all. There is no proper response to the queries.
What is the base pack charge its only Rs 135/- but your customer service person tells its Rs 153/-? why? I selected news channels which are mainly free but I was asked to pay Rs 437/- per month because my pack is 'Merawala pack', First I have not selected any pack I was just speaking to him over the phone. Ok then I asked him to give me the channels included in this 'Merawalapack' - NO ANSWER so far, more than a month over! Why??

Not able to seen channels
Dear team I have unable to seen most of channels from last 3 days and your customer care numbers are not contactable what I can do my customer ID is 150266433.

I recharged my account with RS 150 but after that half of channel was not working.... I just call to Ur customer care no. They said go to website than by own choose Ur channels but at the site I found nothing nd again I m facing the same issue... What is this hell going on??

No proper response

Today I call ur service call got connected with girl call Anitha I am explaining the problem my dth is not working she explained have to put charge my quest with out any intimations how can u people disconnect my channel my exp date is 31 st March. she told and she did not any listen what I m telling and she cut the call worst service very worst.

Bad service ever not see channels
I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my set top box.
I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the DTH service provider. Aap ke representatives call hold kar k time waste kerte hain. Worst service.

Channels subscription
Kindly I would like to inform you that from last month your service is very poor.A few channels are working but almost channels are not working at all.My customer ID is 63281036. Please, take appropriate action immediately.

Last two days channel not displaying. Customer care service is very bad no replayed and they have no idea when channels will displayed. I will not continue with d2h from next month.

No signal frequently So nothing can be watch on TV
My ID is 176124020. Got harassed from videocon d2h connection. No customer care response no mail id complain being what a tell CAPTCHA given in foreign language. Very poor service. It looks that videocon wants that customer should automatically regret the service. Looting the customer.

Regarding Videocon D2H Service
I suggest everyone not to choose Videocon d2h. I am suffering since 8 months with the problem of no signal after every 5 minutes of switching on. So this is totally wastage of money for customer and looting for d2h being consumers doesn't have signal on his TV. So lo lo.

D2h worst service
Whenever I call your customer care, you disconnect the phone showing busy this line. Problem is that I had recharged on 12/03/19 two times by Rs300(Total Rs600), what happened it because balance is very low. Please clear it. Other problem is that your are not providing Broadcaster's HD bouquet on d2h apps and its website, mostly Zee TV Rs60 HD family pack and infotainment HD packRs10(9 channels). Please provide all companies bouquet so that we could choose best suited channels, otherwise I have to complain NCH TRAI, I expect you would do better in this regard.

Not able to see any channels
I have a sufficient amount of balance in my d2h account but i am unable to see the channels which i have requested and they sometimes automatically start and after some time they turn back off again. This problem has occurred many times in this week. So please repair this problem soon.
