Very bad tv connection
This is the worst tv connection ever. It's the most irritating connection, half of the channels don't come and we don't have to connection for almost a month now. Customer care is so bad, numbers are always busy and nobody replies to the email. Never Ever use this D2h. You'll regret it.

Negligence of Videocon
It's really sad that a big brand like videcon has this kind of professionalism. No customer care number working no one reply for mail site is not working. It's really pathetic and annoying to have this kind of situation at the same time you felicitate your self on television but reality you know very well that on most of the customer care issue you don't resolve you are very commercialisé that's it!! Hope my words make you think a bit and you do something for your clients who pays for your company!
Want to deactivate a channel

DTH service
Before my pack was going to expire on 28 Feb than I recharged my TV before time but now I can not seen starbharat channel no 107 I getting to know that before I can see but not now why? I want to activate star Bharat waht should I do?
I paid for the channels but I did not see them
I select a new pack of channels and since 24 hours ago I paid for it, but when I start my T.V , I seen that those channels are not added. so, I request you to please start my new pack of Rs307 as early as possible.

Poor service
This is fraud customer care number showing on d2h site....this is cheat with customer. all time this number getting engaged but the f**k d2h.

Last 2 day's i am calling for customer care but every time is busy every time d2h is not working please contact me as soon possible... because i am already recharge my d2h wast my recharge.
I had called your customer care
I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my set topbox.
I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the DTH service provider.

Abhi recharge karwaya tha 16 Feb 2019 ko aur 10 days me hi recharge Katam ho gaya balki 28 days tak hota he aur abhi free Channel hi aarahe he aur tumara phone bi nahi lag raha hai.

Where is customer care
Videocon d2h customer care all numbers are busy what's the problem?
Colour channel
I have balance but colour channel and other channels are not coming.
Channels blocked even recharged
I tried phone,but there is no response and phone numbers are not functions,which gives a bad notion on the service.Eventhough recharged channels are stopped without any information to us.
Channels not active
Sir I have selected my own pack for rs 255 and recharge today but my selected channel are not active.
Channels not activated
I gave a request to activate the channel 24hrs ago and these motherf****r haven't done a thing. when ever I call them they say technical issues or system failure, they are charging me for the all the channel and though it's not activated.

Change of d2h plan
I was recharged my d2h with ₹299/- as usually on 03-03-2019 ..but the provider stop some channels like ETV Telugu etc. Kindly advice me to how to change my plan..... please.
