1. I've bought Whirlpool refrigerator from M/s Tarang, Bhopal (M.P.) on 14-Apr-2016. They have commit to us for 5 years warranty of compressor. I've two refrigerator of your company , this is 2nd one refrigerator. I'm brand promoter of whirlpool but this type complaint having both refrigerator.

2. We are suffering from starting because refrigerator compressor not working. this refrigerator is faulty. I did many time complaint to whirlpool customer care, but I did not get proper response till now.

I did call to whirlpool customer care many time from my personal no (0755-4902606 & 9425023870), but not received proper response till now. When I did call to customer care , they always commit to me that we are giving reminder to service center.

Your company is losing faith of consumers. I'm totally unsatisfied to this type service.

Dear Sir.

My washing machine is having an problem that its making an noise, hence I had called to your toll free number 180030007114 and by next day the agent arrange an engineer at my place.

After engineer’s visit he had told that my gear box is got damage and need to change and took Rs.350/- cash as a visit charge but no receipt has been given.

I wanted to know what should I do next, as the quotation what he quote me verbally is very much higher side. Its around 7000/- so please help me to know what should I do further because just 3 months ago the gear box has been replaced by your ASP Engineer and if the same part is become an faulty then whirlpool should check their quality of the spare part un-necessary charging to customer.

Hope the top mangers can involved in this case and help to resolve my problem.

I buy washing machine last year but from last 2 month everyday they are calling from customer care and asking about renewal the warranty I already told them that I don't want to renew and don't call me at my number for do not disturb but day everyday call and irritate me . I don't understand by simple think you are people not understanding I already ask to give me a number of manager or Email address for company they are not giving me a single respond I really irritated with this calls I don't want any calls from your company.

Hi, I called your toll free number 180030007114 for my whirlpool 2008 model fridge repair. They arranged for a technician immediately (8208094856) is the technicians number stating he was from Exclusive services, Kharadi, Pune branch of whirlpool and also he charged us 5000 rs for the fridge repair but the fridge is not repaired at all. Next day when I tried to call the technician but he hasn’t answered my calls till date I.e since a week from repairing and the customer care is refusing to help me stating, I had never given them a call regarding the repair. then how did the technician visit my house for repairing if I hadn’t called for a technician. Please help me out in this case. I am facing sever issues regarding my fridge n m not willing to spend more for the repair as I have already been duped for 5k by your customer service.

Hi, it has been over 2months now, the Whirlpool FF 2D 355 3S/2016, has not been working. Have complained many times to the local service people and call center too. Really disappointed with the whirlpool, i have been a consumer from whirlpool since 2004.

11 may 2020 Ko hamne new refrigerator liya tha whirlpool. isme kuch problem thi, kal rat se ye refrigerator bilkul Bhi Kam Nhi kar rha hai. usme aag Bhi lag gai thi kal subha se bahut try kar rahe hai par call nahi ho pa rahi hai. jald se jald iska solution karo.

Dear Whirlpool Team,

This is to inform you that your services very very worst and poor that's why you are falling. I have bought a new refrigerator and it's been more than one week your technician has not yet visited at our home to installed and start the new refrigerator.I have already called multiple times to your customer support but didn't get proper response.

FF D 355 3S/2017 refridgerator is not working. We called 1800-208-1800 chennai number. As per the technician, the PCB needs to be replaced. However the replacement part is not available. So the fridge cannot be repaired and has to be completely replaced. Even though it was 2017 model, it was bought only in 2019 and it has worked only for 2 years. Please advise whether PCB board is not available for this model.

I bought AC on Oct'21 after 2 months of use its is not working from 1st Jan 22, complaint raised immediately and after many follow ups till date 07 Feb 22 NO RESPONSE from WHIRLPOOL customer service team regarding warranty service.

Customer Service as well as Company Products are worst as per my Experience. DASH DASH DASH.
