Marathi channel not display
I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my set topbox.
I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the DTH service provider.

Complain, no answer
The service of DTH is very bad because we talk about it in customer care, and sometimes disconnect the call and the responder does not answer.
Very very bed service by whole d2h videocon
When i recharge my account when your service normal working but when i try calling ur customer care exe or complaint no than your numbers also specialy busy why currently i very aggressive on d2h.

Too bad service
i recharge 310 rupee with respective id 223335453 but it is shameful to us its not working. i tried to call customer care but noo response. i think you are doing in a fraud way to cheat our indian customers.

Regarding package
I had made recharge of sports channel and movie channels like star and Sony and utv but all movie channel has been closed and only one sports channel star is activate.. Plz change my package to previous package and active all movie channel.

Videocon d2h channel issue
Our active Malayalam channels are not available now, the tv screen shows the information regarding "Malayalam channels is not part of subscription". Our customer id is :116978790. please help for active our channel pack.
Service errors
Recharged my d2h but i can't able to see channels and not able to connect customers care.

Very poor connection, Yesterday recharged of 300rs and channels are not working very poor connection and worst service ever.
