No channels
I have paid for the delected channels but not even single channel is working and when I call ur customer care they don't tell anything neatly. Whole month it was not working. It is know also not working.
Cannot view the channels on my 2 & 3 connection
I have 3 videocon d2h connection but only 1 of them is working, the other 2 are not working. i have called customer care more than 30 times but no response. after that i got connected to customer care and they register my complain and said it will be solved in 24 hours,but after 5 days also it has not been solved and they msg me that it has been solved. i have very bad experience with customer care. whole month has gone but my tv channels have not been started.

Inspite of validity it is not working
I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my set top box.
I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the DTH service provider.

Regarding not showing channel on screen
I recharged before 2 hours bt there is not showing channel in screen and last half an hr. I have already on the screen and I call many time of customer Care centre by there is no response.. thats very bad experience with us really.

Disconnecting all channels unilaterally by you
I have this day recharged my D2h for Rs 650/- .To my horror i find that you have disconnected all the channels without any explanation. Restore all my channels immediately failing which I will constrained to go to Consumer forum.
