I wish to inform that I have purchased KLV-40W562D\B (LED TV), Serial No.4077924 on 08-10-2016 from Sai Balaji Enterprises, Visakhapatnam. As such, the TV occurred No Picture repair within 23 Months and said repair was done on 07-09-2018 with Rs.1,065/- and again occurred repair as Horizontal Lines on 08-10-2018 and said repair was also done, But even though the TV is not working properly. As such, I am not able invest the repairing charges frequently, due to I am a low income family.

Hence, I request the authorities to kindly consider my request on humanitarian grounds and to replace/repair in good condition and the Sony TV as reputed organization brand.

I purchased SONY LED TV MODEL NUMBER KDL-50W800D on 16th April,2016 at a price of Rs 89000/-.
Few days back, while watching TV, entire screen turned to black, starting from left side and within second spread toward right side and then entire screen turned to black.

When SONY technician is called they inspected and finally told that your panel has gone and that will cost app 30000/-. when I discussed the issue with other renowned technicians, after watching the video of operation, he told that your panel is OK, its T-con board is creating problem so asked SONY team for that.

I am in trouble and want SONY to investigate and confirm what is the issue with the TV.

Anyone have similar experience pl contact me at 9977003453.

I purchased Sony Led TV model number Sony Led 50W800D#41998 on 17 th July 2017 at a price of Rupees 83,000. Few days back TV display started to get black from left side. I reported the complaint on 16th November to the Sony service centre at Kadapakada,Kollam, Kerala. The technician inspected and reported the mother board is dead and need to be replaced. Since then TV screen is not responding. I have contacted the Sony service centre many times after this incident. But the response from their part was really bad. As a customer I bought Sony because of its brand name and trust but the Sony service centre at Kadapakada, Kollam, Kerala is really poor in response and their attitude towards customers are bad. Before the technicians visit we could watch the TV even though there was black in half of the screen. But after the visit the TV totally has gone black and a suggestion to change motherboard was given as a suggestion.

I would like to bring into notice that the motherboard was replaced earlier one time during the warranty period and not even 6 months have moved they are suggesting another replacement of the motherboard. Is this the product quality of Sony products.? What can be done now? Expecting immediate response from Sony team.

I purchased sony led tv with MODEL NO. KLV-32R202F on 7 November 2018. While purchasing the led the salesman told me that it will support any pendrive of any format. But when I tried to connect pendrive, it always show "playback not available". I have tried all the formats like Avi, MP4, etc but no response. What can be done now? Expecting immediate response from sony team.

Hello all

Sony has a display / panel issue problem with 50W800D. Within 2 years of purchase, I started getting vertical lines and I was told by Sony engineer that the TCON was faulty. But even after replacing the TCON, the problem wasn't solved.

I am in process of filing a legal consumer complaint vs. Sony. I know over 15-20 similar cases particularly for this model through different sources (including thru my friend at Amazon).

If you have faced or are facing the same problem please do let me know as the product is a failure in market and they need to offer either free replacement or free panel & TCON replacement with extended warranty.

Pls join me in this consumer court complain.

Sir,

On 24. Jan.2019, I along with my Brother Dr.Mohanlal Naik have come to Tokyo Japan Center and purchased the Sony KD-65X7500F:Please refer to invoice No GST/ABIDS/2779 dated 24.jan.2019 (copy enclosed) with an amount Rs. 1,52,000/- (including GST Rs.33,250) for which we have already paid Rs.1,02,000/- and balance amount was to be paid on delivery. Please note that we on the same day just after the payment have requested you to stop the transaction and purchases of Sony KD-65X7500F for which we had to leave the TJC India with only one option to replace the goods as suggested by you.

Then again in the next meeting on 03.02.2019 as requested earlier we have replaced the Sony KD-65X7500F with Sony OLED Model No KD-65A8F for a new transaction as per your terms of Full payment i.e Rs. 2,94,000/- (Rs. 1,02,000 + 1,92,0000).

On 07.02.2019 in continuation of the previous meeting as committed we have made full payment totally an amount of Rs.2,94,000/- (Two Lacs Ninty Four Thousand Only ) towards purchase of Sony OLED Model No KD-65A8F. Please refer to advance receipt of Rs.1,92,000/-dated 07.02.2019(copy enclosed).

Further kindly Note that we as on date of this letter, the goods described have not been receive. By not providing the goods TJC India have failed to meet as committed. Even after repeated follow-up / communications TJC India have either avoided/not given satisfactory reason in this regard.

After facing such a bad experience now are left with two options :

1) To wait for immediate reply with satisfactory reasons for late/No delivery along with next committed date and also ensuring all the basic rights as per consumer protection Act ( mainly guaranteed that the goods or services are of desired quality).

2) Get our money Back (w.e.f from 07.02.2019).

We request the Competent authority of TJC India to take necessary steps and bring a customer friendly relation accordingly.

I had purchased headphones from flipkart four months ago. The problem with these headset is the wire is breaking at many points and getting damaged due to which it is not working. This problem has been since from the very beginning. So i request the sony support team to either get it repaired fast or replace these headset with a new one as they are within the warranty period. Please contact me as early as possible looking forward for your favourable support.

I would like to introduce myself as die hard Sony Customer.

I had purchased a Sony 50" Bravia LED TV 3.5 years before. After purchasing and installing, the mother board got failed in 1st week itself which was changed under warranty. Now after 3.5 years my TV developed green vertical lines in screen. I had registered the complaint with Daksha Sony service - Pondicherry.

The service person after inspection had told that the T Board got failed and the same need to be replaced (Rs 13000 including tax) and ordered for the board. After 1 week new board was received and fixed but the problem remained same. On asking the service person he replied that even the new board also would have got problem and one more new board need to be ordered.

I had contacted Daksha service center and they had told that new board has been ordered. Since there was no reply for more than 2 days, I approached the dealer and contacted the service center through them and I am shocked to hear that the display need to be changed (Rs 27800 + tax). I am asking only one question to Sony- after spending Rs 1.1 lakhs for purchasing sony TV within 4 years. why the display has failed in spite of having a good V Guard stabilizer.

Whether Sony had lost track of customer satisfaction, is there any qualified hierarchy in Sony, are you employing any qualified engineers or you are employing uneducated idiots.

I kindly request Sony corporation to discontinue their business instead of torturing their die hard customers. Is there any CEO in Sony who is getting salary for producing a nasty product which is failing within 4 years.

Sir sony bravia ka Ek led liya tha 1 month pehle Jo abhi thak Koi demo installation ke Liye nhi aaya hai. 5 bar complain kar chuka h,u engineer call karta hi aaj aa rahe hi kal aa rahe hu aisa bol raha magar aata nhi hi. Alag alag number se call karta hi magar aata nhi hi near service centre me call nhi lag raha hi no galat batata hi. sir I request help me please.
