Most of the channels are not working
Your customer care contact no most of the time not able to get them online & finally when I am able to contacted yesterday I have informed about the problem facing that most of the channels not working they told me that within 5hrs the problems will be solved but as on now one of the connection most of the channels are not working. kindly solve the issue immediately.

All the time ur company is calling me for recharge and after that nobody is thier to answer ur call or try to solve ur problem!!!! What type of shitty company u r running. u all r fraud and a big a*****e.

I have selected my new package but unable to view channels as per it. Everyday the balance is getting deducted but I am unable to watch. To report this I have tried in various ways but still it is not resolved.
1. No customer Care access. Always getting "The vodafone number you have called is currently unavailable". I tried calling 9250092500 & 18001370111 always same response.
2. If I am lucky to get connected the representative would ask me to wait for 5 hours and contact back. Seems this is the standard issue provided by them.
3. No Website access after 6pm IST - it always show 500 Error.
Let me know how to reach out to you and how to resolve this issue.

Date 6.2.19 I am recharge 450 rupees today but not activated videocon d2h than my account money Kat for this recharge than I am continue calling for customers care centre but not connected call. Pls call me urgently my no 8376863325.
Regarding the complaint
I had recently recharged my d2h but never it's showing that the channel is not part of subscription... how do I solve this problem.
Worst customer care
Worst customer care service. Calling the customer care number since past three days but numbers are either busy or switched off. I recharged my d2h with platinum HD pack and no channels are visible and demand of paying extra money to view the channel. Straight up money snatching from people. Bullshit schemes of Videocon d2h and literally no customer Care available.
Channel selected by me not activated
Dear Sir, My d2h ID is 89558728. I selected my channels through d2h website and the reference no.is 684981547.But it is not activated yet.After that I also contact with customer care with my register mobile no.9437635900 and told about it but after that all channels activated excluding star sports Hindi, marvel HQ and Disney channels. So I compelled to log in again today which is not activated yet. So kindly consider my case unless I will shift to other company like Tata Sky or Dish tv.

Stop viewing channels without any prior information this is the worst experience which i. am facing from last Monday calling several times but not connecting as usual i. am fed-up from your service better change the service provider and buy with new plans.
Set top box keeps on rebooting

Cancellation of D2H services

I am really disappointed with your customer care services, your website and app. None of them is user friendly and none of them is working. I tried several attempts to reach you however was disappointed. I just want to renew my package with new rates n channels, I was not able to do so. Hence I am planning to disconnect your services and planning to opt for new service provider who would value his customer. So kindly let me know the procedure to cancel my subscription from your services.

Dear Sir, your customer care numbers are not responding.
I am your esteemed customer bearing ID is 63879165 with two connection under one customer number. On 4th February I hv recharged my double connection of Rupee 986/- as per existing plan. Now many of the Channels are not responding in 1st Connection and almost all Channels are blocked in my second connection.
It is came to know now that Platinum HD Plan is of Rupee 725/- and Rupee 246/- against Rishtey, MBC TV, News 7 etc etc. Further as per guideline Rupee 971/- is Mirror MAP which is valid upto 21st June, 2019.
Since I hv already recharged for 986/- what is the status of my Connection.
Pls arrange to activate all channels at least in second connection and also inform the Plan details.

I had called your customer care nos. today, regret to inform you that half of the nos are either switched off or not working, when i finally got connected to your customer care officer they where not able to pinpoint the cause of problem but rather insisting on upgrading my set topbox.
I feel this is one of the most incompetent way handling customer problems... Now i am thinking of changing the DTH service provider.
