Since we connected to your network we are facing problems every month which is very inappropriate from your side. every months you remove few channel and when we called up to your customer care and ask for it then they ask for extra money for it even though we have already recharged for that particular channel but still they charge extra money for it and remove channels from our super gold package and even today I have lost 7-8 channels where I have recharged for them already still they removed it.

So kindly solve this problem unless we change our setup box anyways we are facing many problem. so it's good to remove your box permanently as we have 7 connection of videocon. solve this otherwise it's not good for you as well.

The service provided by videocon d2h is very much f***ing. If anybody wants to waste your money you always welcome to get videocon d2h connection.

Told your concern to deactivate colors & others channel but this has not been executed. Instead of that they have running this channel & snatching money from my account. This is badly affected on account, you are requested to look after this matter.

आपका कस्टमर केयर नम्बर न लग रहा है 2/2/2019 से 4/2/2019 से 3 दिन से बंद है टीवी बस 100 नम्बर चलता है बाकी कोई न चल रहा है अगर न कस्टमर केयर वालो को बात करना है तो बताओ कोई दूसरा कम्पनी का सेटपबोक्स लगा लेता हूं ऐसे परेशान होना ठीक न है.

Customer id 375365520 (Mobile 7989181966). No channels are working. Message coming as channel not subscribed. Channel selection as per trai is also not through as non of your system is getting connected. What to do?

My tv account is recharged for Rs.1000.00 through my debit card and the same is debited to my account but still my account is not updated. Recharge and reconnect immediately.

I have recharged d2h by Rs 400 on 28-01-2019, every thing will be ok and my channels are activated. But from yesterday at around 9'O clock all of the channels have been stopped except free channels showing that channel not subscribe.

I called in your customer care centre, after calling 10 to 15 minute's ur customers executive connect the call and after connecting the call after 15 minutes your customer care executive told me to call again after 1 hour and not giving proper answer.
I have diamond pack since 7-8 years, why you change the channels according to you, most of the channels are hidden by you and collecting much more money according to the start.
Please check the problem and do some needful

This is to inform u that i have recharged my d2h on 04.02.2019 although it is showing insufficient balance and services are not activated. Your customer care numbers are seems to be deactivated i have forwarded SMS at morning for activation although service is not activated. One of the worst service.
