Sir, we are a regular customer of patanjali. My son and I regularly use patanjali products. For now we have no complain. But I want to give a suggestion that if you can upgrade patanjali sun screen SPF30 to SPF50 it would be very helpful to all of us. Thank You.

Please share the process of production of Kali mirch papad. I am regular buyer of it and want to know how it is produced. Specifically i want to know that how long it takes to process from Raw Material to Finished Goods. Is it completed the same day or takes another day?

I have purchased a 500ml pack of cow ghee with QR code: UID-KQQWJKDK0NJ, Batch no.AKD1800253, MFD Aug, 2018, at Big Bazaar, Bhubaneswar (Odisha). But, to my surprise, it has not even a little flavour of ghee rather have a bad odour with coconut oil flavour. It's totally waste of money & thus cheating to innocent people who trust Babajee & his brand Patanjali.

Why added sodium benzoate sugandhit dravya sl powder in soap. It is not purity 100%. my aise bi products dekha he 100% purity he usme kuch bi chemical mix nahi he.

I am buying milk for 3weeks. For two weeks was good after that quality has gone down. Now it is Same as other companies milk except that cream is good. it may go down further if no action is taken. Pls act to improve the quality.

I am buying milk from Patanjali store in Sanpada sect15/16. Quality of milk was good up to 30 oct18but after that quality is very poor. Cream is reduced. Now milk is same as other company or adulterated.
But label on milk pack shows:
Nutrient value for 100 ml
Fat. 3.5 mg
Protein. 2.9mg

Pls check and improve the quality.

My complain posted on 3/4 nov 18 is not published. This was regarding poor milk quality.

We had brought a Patanjali Aloevera kanti soap. it has turned somewhat whitish. can you plz explain what's the cause of it. thanks.

Most of the consumable items & medicines produced by your Company are the best, but the company lacks in adequate & continuous supply of Patanjali Products to small franchisees or sub agents in the goods supply chain of the company.So small sellers of the products cannot sustain in their business & close down their shop which sells the company products.Finally hampers the business of Patanjali Ayurved itself. The availability of Patanjali products becomes difficult to the common consumer like me.

Further I would like to advise regarding the above subject matter that the other multinational companies in the market ,from whom the company (Patanjali Ayurved) has snatched their business during the course of recent years,might be doing some mischief which may create an artificial shortage of the products of your company,resulting into lowering the speed of the business volume of your company.This feedback has been received by me from the small dealers of the company from whom I purchase Patanjali Products for my daily requirements.I am a regular customer of your company products & I feel that a Swadeshi company like yours must prosper like anything.So I humbly request you to look into the matter & arrange to make regular & continuous supply of Patanjali Products to the stores dealing in Pune,Maharashtra & other parts of the country, so that the company 'Patanjali Ayurved' will remain unbeatable in the market.

The 500ml bottles we are buying from you (retail-shops) at Malkajgiri, Hyderabad-50047, have no seal. They have only one cap and a plastic cover over the cap. The cap keeps on rotating with the shining-sticker and plastic seal. On inquiring the retail seller says "not-to-buy if you have doubt."

1. Please provide good seal around the cap, also mention to destroy the bottle after-use.
2. Make available 1 ltr bottle.

The quality of Patanjali Doodh Biscuit is not same as earliar. Dusre product to abhi acchi quality de rhe h but biscuits aache ni aa rhe.. Parle jesa tst aane lga hai.

Can I use satavar powder in daily use once after 1 month after opening it?

I would like to inform you that some of the fake patanjali ads are published in the news paper and they ask for our adhar card, marksheet, signature, photos. and afterwards they asked me to submit 2200 rs as a security money .then i call to patanjali customer care, then i get to know that patanjali never provide these type of service. they are fake and fraud.

I purchased Patanjali Chyawanprash from a Patanjali store in Ambala Cantt nikalsan road. The quality of the product is very bad and while eating lot dust feeling is there. Worst product ever.

The instruction in the gulab jamun packet is given to soak it in Luke warm water,but it didn't work. When it was soaked in boiling water, it became the way it is written. Milk quality is very poor. Fat content is very less as claimed on the cover (3.6 gm/100ml). One month back fat was good but now very less. Pls CHK and insure the quality other wise people will stop buying. Place, Patanjali store, Sanpada secter 16, ashpura chs. Pls intimate on above mail.

I am resident of Ayodhya. I want draw your kind attention towards Rishi Patanjali temple situated in Gonda (Up) Which is in very poor condition. I think this is the only temple of Rishi Patanjali is India it should be taken due care and your company is based on Rishi Patanjali himself i hope u will look into the matter seriously. Milk quality is poor from 1 jan 19. Fat /cream is very less. Earlier also it changes every two days. There is no control on quality. Pls CHK and rectify.

On 23-12-18 I had made an online purchase (order no 406 0360996 5394716 of 23.12.2018) of 2 bottles of Patanjali Lohasava , an aurvedic medicine from Amazon on line line store. The products were delivered on 31 st Dec by Speed post in sealed packet condition. On 31 st Dec 2018 I had received the product and had my first dose of medicine.

As I felt discomfort after consuming the product I had checked the package / bottle and found that all the statutory details like Batch No, Manufacture date, expiry date as well as the Price is tampered with as under

1. 2 bottles of Patanjali Lohasav were billed for Rs 700.50 With tax against Rs 170 . the original price mentioned in the product was Rs 85 / , whereas the The price has been tampered as Rs 385/ with ink.
2. The expiry date of the product is tampered with ink as Apr/2027 .
3. The manufacturing date mentioned on the bottles is tampered with ink as Apr/2017
4. The batch no. mentioned on the bottles is also tampered with ink as ABC1700083
5. The contact phone no ( 8889382570 ) of the seller provided on the package, does not belong to him but of a different subscribe and different city.

I find that it is a case of shear cheating by the(i) manufacturer Patanjali Ayurved Ltd , the Seller (ii) Amazon On line store . as well as (iii) the supplier Patanjali Products Store, Guna . and it demands criminal action and monetary compensation for the discomfort, anxiety as well mentail and financial loss I had to suffer in this account.
