Hi, we understand what this has been like for you. Commercial negotiations with broadcasters broke down because what they were seeking would have forced us to hike our prices. Hence we have had to drop a few channels while keeping the popular ones on. Please bear with us for some time because we are doing this in our subscriber's interest.

I have recharge my tata sky DTH 320 Rs through online banking but it was not credited to my tata sky account and the amount was debited from my bank account. Kindly recharged or refund back my money.

An executive came on 14/10/2018 saying he was from TATA SKY and explained me the entire scheme and I paid 4070 for two HD connection by paytm to UNISYN Enterprises. But till date when I did not receive any call from anyone regarding the installation I surfed about UNISYN (which says they are authorised dealers of TATA Sky) I was shocked to read that so many people have complained about this company being fraud and still till date no action has been taken by TATA SKY to curb these fraudulent company.

I have the receipt of the payment made and the receipt of two connections. Kindly get my money refunded from your so called authorised dealers or else I will lodge a complaint in a day or two.

I am a existing Tata sky customer since 10 years. but before 15 days I was changed my data plan from that day no signal is coming perfectly in my dish TV and frequently coming there reset or new installation will be done. How to resolve this problems, please guide me.

After recharge I got message from Tatasky "you're not recharged, your tatasky deactivated on 24/October/2018. I have proof of bank pass book that tatasky recharge amount paid by Canara bank account.
