I month ago I have purchased a steel flask of cello. It was written on it that it keeps hot or cold for 24 hours but I was so disappointed by the fact that your product is useless as it not even keeps warm for 12 hours. Sorry to say that but its true. I have purchased cello marvel model on 28march17. After 15 days the wheel got came out from socket the reason was socket cracked. I informed dealer he told inform to customers care. I did, then after one week service man came n did all formalities, after that no action. Again I call so many time finally they replied it's chargeable now. I will send back to dealer my complaint no is Cello Appliances. CAAC170418036.

I am a defense person and 20 days ago I purchased 4 cello fiber chairs along with one center table (movable) from CSD canteen chakeri kanpur. 10 days before chairs were fallen down on floor, two of them are broken. I gone to CSD manager asked him for replacement, he told plz ask to cello dealer, so i called dealer name VINAY and he suggest me to write the issue to customer care and also he told it is plastic chair you have to place it safely.

I also had option there for Neelkamal chairs but i gone through Cello but I think i wasting my money & comfort by purchasing cello make. Plz do needful for fast replacement.

Very disappointed to share that cello steel thermos is of very bad quality. They entirely failed to keep liquid warm or cold. Very disappointed. Waste of hard earned money.

I had purchased one month back one Thermos from Haryana Bartan Store, Sector-75, Noida (UP). When we tried to use it now, it is leaking from the bottle cap portion. Two days back, contacted the Vendor. It says its Gaskate is not available in Thermos. It refused to replace it and asking cost for Gasket separately. When new item purchased and not used, it should be replaced free of cost. Behaviour of Vendor was very bad. It seems purchase of Cello Product is waste of money.

I bought a Companion 400 bottle during these winters. As the same was not keeping the water warm in it. I approached my vendor and asked him to exchange it. The vendor told me that the lid of the bottle is a little crack that's why it's not keeping the water warm.

Due to unavailability of spare parts of this product he insisted me to get the same directly exchanged through company.

May I get it exchanged through company???

Kindly find the attached invoice and product photograph, its clearly showing that its broken, as cloud tail mentioned that its a freezer safe pet bottle, but only once i kept in freezer and you can see the condition.

I purchased 6 nos. cello water bottles from paytm @1299/- thru your online dealer. After 8 days ,I visited local mall and saw selling same bottle @99/- means less than 600/-for six numbers.I checked Amazon and found the same position.

I relied on cello brand quality and its rates but cheated badly. I did number of complains to paytm and contacted your dealer. But they decided not to listen a 100% genuine cheating case. I have purchased a air cooler Tower 25+ on 27 Oct 2017. It is defective since last one week( no supply in the panel) . I have lodged complain with customer on 02 Jun 18 (CAAC 180602236) and there after called several times to customer care but nobody has turned up for repair. I've purchased cello mixer 1000w on 26th Jan 2018. Now it is not working. I'm not able to find any authorised service centers in bangalore. Neither any of the customer care numbers I'm to reach. Dear sir,

I purchase cello kleeno easy clean 360 degree bucket spin mop at dated 02/02/2019. Shopkeeper told there is 1 year guarantee on this product and he mentioned on bill also. However within a month the steel rod stopped to rotating or moving in bucket. Now when i asked to shopkeeper for repair or replacement he just kept that steel rod with himself and told to me to buy new one and he will be keep in contact with cello manufacturer. And now since a month I am still waiting for repair or replacement or any satisfied replay.

Please let me know what to do?
