I month ago I have purchased a steel flask of cello. It was written on it that it keeps hot or cold for 24 hours but I was so disappointed by the fact that your product is useless as it not even keeps warm for 12 hours. Sorry to say that but its true. Cello sport maestro thermo flask cap broken

I purchased a cello sport maestro thermo flask on December 2022 and today its cap got broken into two pieces when it fell down. Is there any replacement for the cap so that the bottle won't get useless in just 3 months.
