I have purchased 6 month back six moulded chairs. But its quality is very poor. I want to replace them and get new one or i want by money back.

The company are very unspecified to customers to complaint. that the guaranteed period to making the charges. They are poor company of cello in services and product.

My name is ranjeet singh chawra. i live in jaipur. i purchased 6 cello plastic chairs from your authorised dealer who is shri gopal trading company 664 gangori bazar jaipur 302001, wide bill number 10695 dated 24.12.16. After two months one chair broke down. other chair's legs are also not so good. when i approached to your dealer. he told me to pay 60 rupees each chair as handling charges. as these are in guarantee period. i told him to replace them as free of cost. but all in vain.

So kindly tell me the replacement policy and guarantee policy as early as possible. And replace the chair other i will file case in consumer court. give me the reply in this regard on my e mail id as early as possible

Purchased 4nos of Cello moulded Chairs 2 months back from Chandimandir Canteen Chandigarh and they are proving to be safety hazard as the weak legs give way to sudden falls when used and are accident prone.

PLEASE replace with good material or send your rep to sort out the issue to earn customer delight.

I have Purchased 6 nos. of Cello molded Chairs 6 months back from CSD Canteen, New Delhi and one chair leg has been broken before 2 month before.Sir kindly replace the chair and reply sent me on e-mail/mobile.
