11.3 par me Mansarovar park metro par tha me card recharge karne machine par Gaya. 4 machine hai aur sari band. 2nd last metro se phela customer care ap ka one hundred ka recharge nai karte. Maine un se kha ki app one hundred ka recharge kar do. Kheta hai ki hum nai karte. Minimum 200 ka karenge Ya to time se machine band honi chaiye, ya to time se phela band kare ge to app 100 ka recharge bi karnge.

Vase Hume pata hai ki coustmorcare par 200 se kaam recharge nai hota par app time se phela band kare ge to app recharge karna padega ga. Hum time ke bad ate hai to hunting galti hai.

Very poor service from sec13 Dwarka in the morning.As first train to Vaishali is at 6:14 am but usually it is late always.Frequency of trains to Vaishali is too low and used to stop at Yamuna bank to wait to change the driver as he is always late. Today 28/07/18 this first Metro at sec13 came at 6:22. Kindly see into this matter and do needful.

I am Very disappointed with blue line Metro Services. all the time metro delay... its a task to get the metro between 9:00 to 10:30 in Laxminagar. there is no frequency of metro.... Most of the time we are late in office... services is so slow and fair is so high... DMRC service now worst. Please give me answer.... How much time to take for satisfied services to people.

I hv recharge my metro card with the paytm but my recharge value is not added in my card. My payment reference my is 22330132. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

I travel in magneta line. I want to give a suggestion regarding the functioning of The gate of metro and the station gates on platforms. The platform gates should be closed first so that no passenger can board the metro while the doors are being closed.

But actually the opposite happen due to which any one can get injured by getting stuck in between. So the administration take some action and revise their functioning regarding the same issue.

Dear Sir,

It has been noticed that the Parking Gate of Shadipur Metro Station adjacent to the Commercial Complex is being locked for quite a long period (over 6 months). We fail to understand the reason for the same however, the Gate used to be a great time saver for almost 80% of the working population and the nearby residents to reach the Metro Station by foot from the rear end as it avoids the heavy traffic on the main road. We request the Gate to be opened a little bit for public so that only commuters by Foot can go through.

We had raised the issue of immovable Cars in the parking lot in the past and Metro officials have taken action also after conducting inspection. We request, this inspection to be a regular feature so that such movements can halted because still some cars/vehicles have been observed/parked in soiled condition for days.

Request Proposal for Consideration:
Many office goers have requested to have a sky walk from the Metro towards the Nearby office complex and please let us know whether such a plan is there in the pipeline of DMRC? It will be of great help to the residents and the working population here if such a provision is being created.

Dear Sir

I got the card issued from Janak Puri station. Now, I am facing issues with the card as it is unreadable.

I asked your customer care executive to refund the money alongwith the security deposit but he refused to refund the security deposit on the pretext that card is unreadable. It is not the fault of the passenger if the card is not readable and DMRC should refund the security deposit fully without any excuse.

Please arrange to refund the SD and instruct your customer care executive not to harass the passenger unnecessarily.

Hi,
I was travelling with my daughter to vishwavidhyala. While exiting, after swiping the card my daughter went through the gate but as I was about to cross , it got closed. So I went to the ticket counter where a staft member namely mahendar said to pay 50 rupees for ticket but later on he started miss behaving and asked to pay 130 . As I thought to ask help from other counter he told them to not help me. This continued for half an hour and at last had to pay as I couldn't stay at station with my daughter in this winter. I request strict action against this person as soon as possible.

It has been noticed that the crowd now a days in delhi metro is becoming worse and abusive. Drunken passenger and illiterate (Beggars or any other street people) are travelling and shouting without any sense.Please request the security guards (males and females) to check the passengers carefully.Ladies should not be asked to move from the seats.If required then only as unwanted passengers does this.While boarding or deboarding the metro the guards should be there to manage crowd.non of the male passenger should be allowed in ladies compartment.if any aged man enter he takes advantage or disadvantage of his age and argues with females if asked to step out of females compartment.

kindly work on these issue to make better service and crowd.

Hello I a metro card user, and I want to know about my metro card balance. Amt. Any option in any web. and through any app, please tell me something about it.

I board new pink line everyday from Bhikaiji cama station , entrance to which is thru a very old subway. This subway is most of the time is very dirty and recent rains has added to the woes.

It disheartens to see all the dirt going inside the station by feet of boarders in lack of a doormat. Even metro floors are getting all dirty.

Please if metro can spend so much and give us such international travel experience, please it is my request to place a big doormat (which is not very expensive) at the entry of station opposite GAIL building.

I recharged my metro card on 3/2/19 from RS 200 and my card balance was -38 RS. After recharge I travelled rithala to dilshad garden. But when I exit from dilshad garden, my card comes again in -22. plz rply

मैंने फ़ोन पे से कार्ड रिचार्ज किया था, लेकिन avm मशीन पर अपडेट नहीं हुआ। एक महीना हो गया 20 मेल लिख दी लेकिन इनको कोई मतलब नहीं है कस्टमर केयर के नाम पर ड्रामा है। फ़ोन पे और मेट्रो दोनों एक दूसरे के ऊपर डाल रहे है , कस्टमर को बेबकूफ बना रहे है.

This metro service is available for Indian citizens so for what purpose u decide to operate metro service on Sunday start at 8 am. Already this project delayed by 2 yrs now u doing such things which trouble local people. This is your responsibility to increase your employment strength but u can't schedule metro timings in this way...so please kindly look after this.

It is possible, a doubt due to today's incident at New Delhi Metro station, that there is/are people who enter metro and ask the other passengers for money because they don't have money for food or train tickets. (I did give her some food but didn't give any money.)

Also this may not be under your jurisdiction but I am concerned about a similar practice outside the same metro station. There are people who call themself volunteer and pin a tag of the National flag and then ask for some sum for charity. If you could also kindly bring this to the notice of the concerned dept that would be very nice.

Today at ashram metro station the lady security staff while checking used cuss words and talked in abusive language , usage of cuss words has become so common among security staff that they think it's very fine talking to a passenger in this manner , now in what way does a passenger respond in this situation, if a passenger starts behaving in the same way they would feel much ashamed . What is the use of staff members being such organized when they don't know how to behave? Even random passengers are so organized and mannered now a days.. now what does a common passenger do? does he start using cuss words too?

Yesterday I recharge my card through online. Recharge is successful but metro card not show the recharge and amount. Yesterday I tried to top up my card but EVM machine see me last balance. I recharge one thousand rupees and my card no is 58087689. Please sir do something.
