We have been trying to call your helpline from yesterday but no response for call. our Tatasky connection not working. I tried all helpline no of Tatasky. still have facing problem to contact.

Please look into this matter & resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Since last 20 days or so not receiving channel 128.129,130 and some other, tried to contact the customer care but the numbers are not active .in this case what should the customer do. can anyone help me out of this situation.

Sir, my sub. id no. 1054287477 is rechange on date 26.9 .18. an amount of rs.320 still we can not able to view please can you help me.

I am not able to view Sony Entertainment channel even though i had subscribed it. please look into the matter at the earliest thank you.

I made a complaint on 27/09/2018 to customer care for my settop box is not working since last 7-10 days. the executive registered my complaint and arrange technician and next day Mr. Munish gaur contact no 7011442173 visiting and look after the problem is in settop box. he replaced the settop box that already in warranty period and 1 component replaced to dish and said the components cost is Rs. 150/- and visiting charges is Rs.300/-, no other charges but company deducted Rs.850/- and deactivated my account on 29/09/2018. I contact customer care executive and concerned about my problem/ issue he registered a new complaint no is 17Y97BXN and said our executive contact you initially but no one contacted me then I recall customer care executive and concerned about my problem/issue he said your complaint is not registered. then he registered a new complaint no is 17ZMWM7H on dated 30/09/2018 but issue is same no one contacted me. then I call customer care executive and told my problem she is also said your complaint is not registered then she also registered a new complaint no is 18203Z6F but the same no one contacted me till now.

My account is deactivated from 29/09/2018, please tell me what can I do? it is my humble request to you please look into the matter initially and resolve my problem otherwise I approached the consumer Court and drop your connection permanently.

I am unable to view SONY channels on my laptop, which I could before. It is appearing on the TV but not on the laptop. Please assist.

It's been 10 to 15 days my tatasky is not working and only reply I m getting from customer care that the engineer will come within 24 hrs and solve my problem. it is so frustrating that the engineer doesnt even bother to come. fedup.
