I have ordered an redmi note 5pro mobile, and payed online, they deducted money and cancelled the mobile order and they messaged me to your amount will be refunded within 24th october 2018. till what can i do?, i have to order another mobile?, order cancellation is my part? tell me can you gave me a offer like this after refund?

Realme 2 diamond red is also not available. i request to you plz check stock, I am waiting for your reply.

I have purchased 2 Samsung S8 phones from flipkart in big billion days. Unfortunately one purchased on EMI and one with full payment. So, now i want to return the one which i have purchased with full amount.
But i can see return option only for the one which i have purchased from EMI.
So please resolved this issue ASAP.

Please add " return " option for mentioned order ID.

I have purchased Asus Zenfone from Flipkart the delivery boy charged two times payment from me first through Pos machine and said that payment is not received second time he charged in cash. now I am running Piller to post for getting the payment back as I have paid twice.

I buy Redmi note 5 pro but I cancel the order at some time..... But refund process is delay approx 10 to 15 days... Koi aadmi ko serious rahe paisa ka to wo mar hi jayega 1rs or 2rs ki baat nhi hai 15000 ki baat hai so shame..... Go to hail flipkart mai to such liya aaj se flipkart shopping karna band or mai customer ko bataunga ki KOI BHI MARKETING Na KARE.

sir, i lost my order bill. in that my flipkart accouny is also blocked. i order samsung j7 6 mobile . last week my phone has mother board problem .they ask order bill . so, please i request send my order bill to my email. name;RAYAVARAPU NAGENDRA , Mobile no;9951917718, Delivery date;21/02/2018 ,IME no;359473070967282.

I bought redmi note 5 pro from flipkart which is come on Saturday 13-11-2018, that product is purchased on big billion days offer with exchange of another mobile but Ekart courier person refused to accept exchange I offer money for that but he say i will contact u after half hr. bt he didn't contact me , then I complain to flipkart they told me my product is deliver on Monday bt i have to pay remaining money of exchange , I said yes to them. But on Monday my product cancel without any prior notice. Again I complain to flipkart but they only say "sorry and we can't help u for this , you have to take new order " But they not able to give me that old offer or that product on old price which they cancel without any notification.

Please Help Me for that

Dear Flipkart Customer Care Executive / Officer/CEO or whomsoever it may concerned,
Please do not fool customers and surely not your existing old loyal customers by cheating them with wrong and fabricated typographical excuse for not passing on full 10% additional discounts on "PhonePe" wallet payments made by us stating non-sense and false fabricated excuses to allmy purchases from Flipkart or other online shopping through PhonePe or any other wallets using online payments worth over INR Rs. 20000/- a statutory limits set by RBI (which is false and fabricated excuse against my all legal shopping from you to avoid giving me benefits of additional discounts @10% for payments made through PhonePe wallets. Your said offer was especially published in newspapers/on your website. Whereas if my PhonePe Accounts or other Wallet Accounts hold by me has not exceeded total online payouts to Flipkart or others amounting to Rs. 20,000/- during this fiscal year which is declared by me here as well can be authenticated to RBI or any governing authorities and if Fkipkart shall not credit my PhonePe Wallet Accounts for all my purchases from FLIPKART, I shall have no options to approach Consumers Forum or Consumers Redressal for my additional declared and published discounts for PhonePe Wallet payments against all my purchases from Flikart accordingly. I sincerely wish to conclude this undesired sad issue amicably or FLIPKART has left me no options but to go ahead with Consumer Forrum as well upload this issue through my social media networks to update all my friends and colleagues on How Flipkart fooled/cheated its loyal customers.
Thanks for nothing but felt cheated and regretted being FLIPKART customer.

My daughter order the Imported eyelashes and other five item, But actual item received are different. Order ID OD 113561347561353000. Contacted to customer care but no positive replay.

Hi,
I have purchased a watch skmei 1155 but it's delivered fake product from the seller side. when I complaint for this issue in Flipkart they told me we will refund your money. why should I take refund I have ordered for original watch which flipkart mention in their web side is assured. I want original watch please do needful for me.

We ordered two items and received a message that the transaction is not gone through, the amount is deducted from the account and not reversed the money back to the account.

I gave order for vivo v11 pro on 3rd oct. and received on 7th oct. But after 2-3 days used i found calling issue and 1-2 times battery backup issue. First 2-3 days, when i make a call only a beep is hearing like he is busy or network issue i thought, but after 2-3 days the problem was same and other mobile user received the call and i dont know the call is ringing or not that time i found this issue and again and again like i made 50 calls in a day approx. in 20 calls i did not know the call is connected or not... I have call recording also and told the all issue with call recording to the technician and same issue is found by technician. He did hard reset mobile but the issue is same.

I made a call by another mobile on the same time and the bell is ringing that time technician was also there. He confirmed and said me the issue is real and i will proceed to senior for replacement but the senior is rejected my complaint. He said that this was just a network issue and rejected to replacement. I have 2 other mobile but there is not such type of issue. This is the mobile software or hardware compatibility issue. I had complaint regarding this to consumer court and my complaint no - 946293. Please look into this and resolve my query.

I ordered blue wildcraft bag capacity 20 litres but received pink bag of 18.5l, amount for both is same i,e rs 849. Now the customer care told me to order the same bag, the charges may be different, when I ordered once again the charges for same bag is 949.

I order my oppof9 pro and I got msg from flipkart on 15th oct that your product is deliver today. Unfortunately I am not available at time time but than after I visit to flipkart office but he not ready to give me product. while I pay my money and said we deliver 16 but today no one come courier person give me 3 to 4 said I delivered to you in afternoon but no one come than after he said my pos machine is not working so I come to your home Nd give it you 16th oct but now he is not said I will give you on 17 what is this???

Flipkart refused to exchange defective product. Don't buy non returnable products from flipkart.

Hi,

While i got product on 11th oct 2018 4g volte was not working in the phone. Once i raised complaint tech visit happen do not what technician has done it started working. Very next day i have observe that while playing video on hotstar and Zee5 app all sreen shaded with green dots. Even it happens few times for youtube.

Again i raised return request for refund because i i will get new issue again again why point to buy new product. From here FlipKart start showing actual negligence behavior...

Till now they have done 2 tech visit, Their after they ask me to go to service center. Service center people verified issue and found same.

One thing i could not understand is flipkart trying to make people full. Because customer are paying money then after he/she getting faulty product. Once customer are not willing to keep faulty product then customer need to be provide various proof and doing multiple trail and error kind of thing.

Totally rubbish... Flipkart. Do not buy anything from them.

Note This does not happen only with me. While i visited service center today i met other person there, they are facing same issue.

Flipkart has not refunded amount requested and they just keep on delaying it. They are saying that the same is initiated by vendor but your bank has not provided it. And if asked for proof then providing the same transaction number which I have done.

Flipkart is a fake online site, my experience very bad from Flipkart. i saw a laptop on Flipkart site and order but delivered different laptop, and many times return request raised but every time closed my case without any verification.

Flipkart is a very bad site, next me/family and friends will not purchase any item from Flipkart.

On 15 of October I have ordered 5 PC's of beardo charcoal face wash and amount was 995rs bt I have open the box I got only one pc of beardo charcoal face wash and the amount I have paid is 995rs I am very serious about my complain if I don't get my money or products back I ll take u to consumer court if not Dan court also

Wrong tie up with ecom delivery company. Very poor staff and behavior. I wont book any product thru flipkart.
Also not mentioned email id for complaints.
