I bought Titan Watch 9 months back. This watch is not showing correct time. It is always showing delayed time.We got it serviced three times from TITAN service center still problem persists.Why this watch is not being replaced? How many times we can give this watch for service?

I also registered this complaint through Titan toll free customer care.Complaint number is 960093.I have given all the required details to customer care executive.

Now one person named Varun Dutta from Agra Technical assistance team is saying that he will examine the watch and then check why no one is able to correct this and then he will decide whether to replace watch or not. What CRAP is this?As I mentioned I already harassed like anything.What Technical team was doing in last three services? Is there only Varun Dutta who can examine? Did I paid 3220 Rs for experiment?

I need immediate replacement of this watch.I don't want even a single bit of harassment anymore.I never expected this kind of worst service from Titan Brand.

Thank you Steve for acknowledging my concern. It has been 2 weeks this issue is still there. No one is reaching out to me for replacement of my watch. I did a very big mistake by trusting the brand blindly. I also wrote at helpdesk@titan.co.in 5 days back (on 14th oct). I am still waiting for the reply from them. Please try to resolve the issue asap. I have all the proofs. (Original bill and all service bills).

I purchased a fastrack watch model no. NB9332PP01 from your gariahat branch, Kolkata on 1/5/2013. The strap of the watch snapped before six months. When we went to the showroom the strap of the watch was not available. They have sent us from one showroom to the other. From each of the showrooms we returned empty handed. Then in the end the Gariahat showroom took the watch on 24/9/2015 with assurance that they would be able to repair the watch within a week but since then we have not got any response.

It is not expected from a company like Tata to not be able to provide a small strap of a watch for 6 months. The model of watch is still in sale in showrooms but there are no spare parts of the watch. We had another bad experience with one of your brands, VOLTAS where our complains were not properly taken care of. We have got replies but no proper action has been taken. We had sent this complain trough e-mail on 8/6/2015. Please take immediate action otherwise take the watch and return our money.

Please provide us with the phone no of the person who can take proper action on ours complains.

I have purchased Sonata Gents watch from India Watch Dharampeth, Napur before 8 months. It had a mechanical problem in Sep. 2015. So I deposited it at the same shop. The proprietor told me to receive it after a week. As per his statement he deposited the watch to the company because it was in warranty on 30.09.2015. I went to him to have it but he is unable to give it to me because yet he did not receive it from the company. I went to him 5-6 times. My residence from his shop is 30 km. Will you please do the needful to favour me or shall I go to consumer court. Because I have been facing a lot of harassment due to making up and down to him frequently. Expecting your answer as well as favour.

I purchased SONATA watch model no. SONATA Varient : NA7978PPJA (remark: RC-3275) approximately a year back. now the watch strap watch strap got cut and i inquired many show rooms regarding replacement of strap but i could not get the replacement and given for repair at ADHUNIK TIME & FASHION -T P Ent. where i purchased. we lodge a complaint under complaint no./Job No.J O 00000315020486 dated 20.10.2015 and to my utter dismay the dealer returned watch without repair but watch is running in good condition so may i request your good selves to look into the matter and arrange for replacement or give maximum discount for purchase of new watch at the earliest and intimate me to my mobile no 9448573277 or mail to my email address. hoping to hear positive reply.

I have purchase a titan watch NA1937ymo2 (ydc) from ELMA RADIOS, KADUTHURUTHY, PHONE - 04829 282988 on 02-2016 at an amount of Rs. 2050/. we have purchase above noted watch from grewal watch co. ambala cantt distt ambala haryana on dated 06/11/2015. it was out of order on dated on 09/02/2016 the same day we have reach grewal co. for repairing the watch. they said us that you have paid the cost of display of this watch of rs 250/and your watch will be received you after 20 days with rude behavior. i want to know if this watch is under warranty period why they are demanding the cost of display of the said watch and why they are taking 20 days to repair my watch. if it is true this very bad and poor customer service. system will not allow to do such type of service and behavior with customer regards anmol gahlot H N 1826 SEC 03 KURUKSHETRA HARYANA 136118 MOBILE NO 09466435451.

I have gave my sonata SF watch 2 to 3 times for repair in virar sonata shope ,but still my watch is not working properly.it's has belt remove 2 to 3 times now i put in dusbin. it's was totally very very bad experience with sonata SF watch...dear friend i suggest to u never purchase sonata watch bcuz sonata product and customer service is very poor.

I had purchase a watch from pune satara road, pune dealer name Satyam Enterprises on 1st of Feb 2016. model no. is NF3039SM01 worth Rs1895/-. My watch Strap pin was broken, i launched a complain on your above said showroom on 20th of Feb2016, they said will get the new chain fixed from company and given the expected date of 2nd of march 2016. Its reference ID: 216AW01417B11463. If you have the facility to upload the bill i should have done that, coming back to complain, today i am writing this mail and yet not received my watch, even today evening I spoke with your customer care executive Mr. Vikram about the status, it was annoyed to hear from him that still it is pending till date. I request you (Company) to maintain the trust for public. This long sentence i am writing to which itself speak my unsatisfactory level.

I want the solution in short span, help me to get my watch ASAP.
